And then why not just buy the original? I'm sure it isn't cheap, but it's probably as accurate as Hasbro will ever go and it's a modern figure so Hasbro would probably never improve on it (maybe ankle tilts). Better to wish for a reissue.

Prime fans should stop complaining.
G1 keeps getting re-done because the orgionals had next to no articulation. Prime toys had articualtion and usually accuracy. Not much can be improved. If you are mad at Legacy for not being Prime accurate, this shows how G1 fans felt when they saw Prime designs.

And people say I have an attitude. I feel like I am targeted for some odd reason.

Let's just say that particular opinion ain't going to fly around here and leave it at that.
You referred to an entire segment of the fanbase and users on this site as a nebulous "one of those" (which is impossible to say without implied negative connotations or intent) and said they don't deserve new figures for any reason, within 24 hours of each other.RodimusPrimeUkraine1 wrote:Razorbeast88 wrote:RodimusPrimeUkraine1 wrote:Razorbeast88 wrote:Emerje wrote:Sabrblade wrote:You literally brought it up in the Legacy thread.Razorbeast88 wrote:Never said it had to be legacy.

You have an attitude, yes.

Rather, omitting parts of what you DID say.

I didn't like Prime. The point is to not voice things in such a way as to be deliberately antagonistic to other people.

Having all the characters from across the multiverse celebrated in Legacy doesn't mean they all have to look like Original Transformers. Personally, I think its a neat idea conceptually to a degree, but I'd never want to deny fans specifically of a certain era whether it be BW, UT, Animated, Aligned etc...

I have no clue what this means. Every new iteration of Transformers has its own unique designs, unless it's purposefully trying to recall something form the past (For Example the Netflix WFC animated series).
Most people here know I'm a staunch fan of the Original Transformers. So much so that I refuse to use the 2 symbol abbreviation most do because I personally find it distasteful, but I no longer begrudge others from using it.
That being said, I absolutely was blown away with the look of Transformers Prime when it came out. In the decade since it aired, in my mind it has surpassed Beast Wars to be my 2nd favorite Transformers series of all time. All this despite never purchasing a single toy form that line, the Animated Series is THAT GOOD. As for toy designs, I can completely understand why Prime fans are disappointed. Personally I think the Legacy aesthetic looks good on some more than others. But if You wanted an honest-to-goodness Prime accurate Bulkhead or Knockout, Legacy isn't giving us that, so I totally get it.

Because HasTak thinks so. Otherwise the brand recognition wouldn't be there.

Yeah, about that HasTak....
Hint, Hint

Wave 4 is still supposed to be Breakdown and WFC repacks of Cheetor and Wheeljack, kinda like you initially said.o.supreme wrote:While we knew that the Stunticons would be completed in a 4th deluxe Wave, we didn't know who the wavemates would be ( presumably all repacks from earlier waves?) But hearing Dead End will be part of a 4th wave with Skullgrin and Point Blank , new leaks of toys coming presumably sooner than the leaks we got a little while ago about 2nd year Legacy, is kind of cool.
Of course, as we saw last year with Pipes and Slammer, last minute changes can mix things up, so we shall see.
Do really need yet another Wheeljack? How many times has he been released now? 5? Where are other figures like Sunstreaker or Prowl for example? Why aren't they getting re-releases?
Is there anyone out there that still needs a Wheeljack and can't get one of the previous versions?
Granted, he's a really good figure, but does he need to be in every line?
