Weapon: Dual Bladed Sword
in case anyone is still reading, I just starting seeing lvl 6 omega and jetfire an hour ago. have only seen a couple of each. Still getting plenty of requests filling my queue for smaller omega's though, really frustrating when i'm setting at 1080.

with 2 days left, i believe they may have lvl 7 on the way.

Man I went from 11k to 5k in three days, ran out of cubes last night (won't spend for it) and just logged in and am back down to 11k.... they make leveling in this game discouraging. I really wouldn't even be so disappoint if I could hit a lvl 4 once in a while with the 800 gold medals I have, but I have yet to hit a level 4 card in some 300 medals spent

Ya, they may not, although I've been killing lvl 6 cosmos since sunday and sky lynx yesterday morning. On the last episode, I didn't see the lvl 6 guys until the last 3 days and lvl 6 hungurr showed up the morning of the last day for me.

I really want to know what the determining factor is for bosses. I can still only spawn up to lvl 5 omega myself but I've had several lvl 6 jetfire and omega help calls.

What's worse and more than half are timing out, after the first 5, I've started waiting just to see if they get down to less than 25% health before I put a cube on them. At least I'm saving a lot of cubes.

I think we have figured out the determining factor is cash and how they can part people with the most of it. I would assume if the top 100 lead gets too sizable and cube usage slows they would introduce a level 7 to allow people to get hope and buy more cubes and to spur the top 100 to keep going faster and buy more cubes.

Nothing they do at this point would surprise me. Making a rank 5 is basically taking a crap on the effort and money spent by people in past episodes imo. Who needs a level 4 omega supreme? Just wait a month and the episode for the level 9 omega will be out. Ha.

And I started denying spawning my own guys. I would rather pick and choose what I spend a cube on.

That's why I decided to remain a casual player. I saw the trap and steered cleared from it. This game is not worth spending real money on, IMO.

I was going to try for at least the top 1500, but between lunch and when I got home to play it (some five hours) I dropped into the 2000's. Spent an hour playing, clawed back about 200 spots.

Just not getting the backup though. I know with time zones there's probably not many around right now, but I think it's more a case of people thinking it's just not worth going up against the level 6ers.

all maxed out level wise is Starscream, shockwave, Cyclonus as main members.

I started around the same time it feels like. Got my deck to 6700. Right now (for anti-Omega event)

Back rank: Cyclonus X2 event, Optimus Prime, Cyclonus X2 event.
Front Rank: Laserbeak, Ravage, Shockwave, Skywarp, Skywarp, Acid Storm.

All but the second Skywarp (my initial leader that I bricked and rushed to trans-scan before levelling up his separate forms) are MTMed - basically the individual bot and alt mode cards levelled to max, then transcanned, then maxxed out the second time. This puts a little star under their rarity and denotes maximum potential power. All level 3 bots except the second Skywarp are also using "their" guns, ie, Ravage has a max Ravage's weapon, etc.

Especially during the early stage of an event, you get piles of silver and gold rewards. What I do is use the weapon rewards for cash (bridge in 50 guns, sell all grade 1 and 2 guns), then haul in as many bots as possible, sending all the grade 1s and 2s into a grade 3 bot of choice. Preferably a decepticon that I can MTM, as I'm fresh out of them at the moment I'm boosting some of the Cons that I only have 1/2 of (Megatron right now, then Soundwave) for the inevitable day that I get the other half of them. Oddly, I have had better results getting grade 3 cards from the silver rewards than the gold ones...

Doing this has got me to a point where I can do approx. 1 million damage to a Sky Lynx, so now what I do on "off time" is scan for beatable targets (especially ones that I can finish and get a free battle cube recharge off of), periodically burning the pile of half energon bar refills to complete a level and get 3 new battle cubes... MTMing 2 more L3s will mean that my battle squad would be nothing but L3.

I decided to take this episode off as well to build resources. I just didn't like where my cube level was at when the Jetfires started dropping. Since my deck power is not good enough to one-cube any level of a third tier boss, I made the decision to snipe and build up cubes for the next episode.

As it stands now, I am just outside the top 10,000 but I have saved up 360 cubes. Next episode, I am all in for sure. I'm finding not a lot of activity in these lower ranks. The longer I stay down here, the harder it gets to snipe because there is just no activity. My rank has still climbs even though I only cash in about 3 or 4 bosses in an hour. I've only seen a few Omega Supremes passed my way, and they get sniped so fast that I never even get close to cashing in any big points.

After taking the last two events off and saving up, my deck is as good as it could possibly be with the cards I possess. All character cards are MTMd and all weapon cards in use are maxed. I'm pretty fat on resources now all-around. I have enough credits, medals, and trans-metals to level anything up immediately. Its a shame that I won't earn anything in this event to improve my deck power but at least I'll be ready when I do get something worth it.

Whats the latest on everybody else? Anybody threatening the top 100?

I keep flirting with the 2700 mark, but never better. My main interest was mainly in Skylynx though - and to a lesser extent Cosmos - so that's OK with me.

Not sure what good it'll do. The game doesn't seem very interactive thus far, but oh well, the art's cool. That's what drew me in. Maybe I'll just feel like I'm helping out my community if I have a few seibs allies, too. So I'll keep messing around with it for now.

I forgot to mention before that in cashing in weapon medals for leveling, I actually pulled an R4 Megatron weapon. Too bad I don't have the Megatron to go with it.

I just had a Lvl 6 Omega Supreme passed to me. Even though I'm not going for anything in particular in this episode, I decided to spend a cube on it anyway. It got defeated really quick. Someone did 141,000,000 damage to it. Anyway, my rank was so low that it's 50,000 point bounty actually jumped me over 1000 spots in the rankings. I found this amusing. I'm now outside the top 8000.

I'm sitting at 1080 or so. My queue is moving so slow, its making it impossible to get back under 1000. I'm hoping it speeds up some with 1 day left to go. I've actually been watching many lvl 6 bosses, including omega, timeout. Don't know if people are just waiting or if resources are low everywhere.

This happened to me too. I went from 12k to 8k in one sitting. As it is right now I am waiting for cubes to regenerate and just sitting at the battle screen waiting for something for me to throw the one remaining cube at.

The one thing that I wish they would do and would maybe entice me to spend 5.00 usd here or there would be to fix the actual system itself. The game runs slowly from time to time (despite the android tablet/ new S4 phone/ idevice) that I use. That and even sitting next to the wireless router on a 50mb connection I will get the "poor connection" issue. If they spent less time making the same cards look great with different character poses (slipstream for example) and more time optimizing the overhead on the game for data retrieval it would be worth it to me. Seriously, the delays from "select fight" to "select cube spent" to query if you want to spend these cubes to switch screen to skip fight to... well it takes way too long.

Im about 2700 and hoping to hang on for the top 5000. I had to go to arizona for a work thing and havent been able to invest much time but am glad I didnt even though I wont deny I want that omega supreme.

Funny if they gave them to the top 500 I would have used the 300 moba coins I have saved and spent a lot more time.

My decep deck power is 10512 right now.

Twinstrike (maxed weapon) scourge robot only with maxed episde flamewar weapon and episode skywarp with matching maxed weapon in the back.

Episode divebomb with maxed weapon, another ep sky with maxed weapon, two ep slipstreams with high level matching weapons, blight and rippersnapper with like level 10 weapons.

I think its funny how the three forums i read refer to the leaders as the back row and the other cards as the front row, when the help menu and episode menu refer to the leaders as being the front row, then the other cards as second and third row.

Honestly, refering to the leaders as the back row makes more sense since thats how theyre laid out on the battle field.

Its funny, Burn, because you were the first person I thought of when I pulled that card. (Its cool that I pulled an R4 card but I think I know someone who could use this a lot more than me. :-? ). I don't know if trading will happan anytime soon but if it does here is the list of R4s that I need. And mind you, I realize some of these aren't likely or seem a bit greedy, its simply the full list of R4s that I require at this time just for the sake of being a complete list. The list could grow as I cash in episode medals, of course.

Episode Thrust (both individual modes or MTMd)
Elite Starscream Alt
Jetfire Bot
Galvatron Bot
Skywarp Alt
Weapons for any of the above minus Thrust
Episode Elita-1 weapon

Monuo, I always refered to them as the leader or command row and soldier row since the big 3 get the commander role bonus.

I managed to cash in a couple more Lvl 6 Omegas. This places me in the 6300 range. Now I'm torn. On one hand, I could stick to my original plan and save my resources for the next episode. On the other hand, I could use some resources to try and crack the top 5000 and get a full Sky Lynx set. The upside being that the Sky Lynx set would improve my deck power over the 10K mark going into the next episode. The down side is, I would have less resources for the next episode and I could fail.

I have a maxed out R4 Starscream alt. :wink:

It's good to know that a R4 Megatron weapon is out there though. Aside from the episode weapons I haven't seen a single R4 weapon.

Didn't spend any money and I'm able to stay around 1500 to 2000 rank both this and last episode. Although Twinstrike is not strong enough without trans scans and I know Jetfire will be. But I don't care because if not because of Transformers, I would have deleted this game already.

It would seem like they would be better off making a Transformers game similar too (but probably not an exact copy of) Marvel Avengers alliance and plug in Autobots and Decepticons. There's certainly enough variety, character wise. I've played MAA regularly for a good few months now and have thrown a few bucks their way. Like any time-killer, it's not the most interesting game in the world, but it seems to be just interesting enough to keep me checking it regularly, unlike other cow-clickers.

This one is heading towards app delete land. But not there yet. I'll keep playing, give them a little time to improve.

In the meantime, I need an alt mode, lv4 Soundwave and a robot mode, lv 4 Shockwave. Where's the accursed trading feature? :lol:

Well, you just put that little guy aside. Since, trading probably won't happen tomorrow, I got some time to get the Megatron weapon nice and leveled for you.

Now that we've worked that out, how annoying would it be if, when they finally implement trading, they do it in a bot for bot, weapon for weapon fashion with no crossover?
