As a non-completionist that tries to avoid multiple uses of a mold, I'm so tempted by MP-10B. Other than dropping money on something I don't need, I can't find a reason to not get it. And I've watched probably all the youtube video reviews.

Bit too minor to really ever warrant any kind of repaint, but I always liked the look of this Prime. That, and I think it looks pretty neat with Wildman's art style. Shame these colors only ever appeared in #80.

It is kinda weird how the MP line is treated at times. We get super weird things like YOTG Soundwave and YOTH Prime, Bape's, SG, ect. But not super obvious ones like Deathscream, Ghostscream, G2scream, all the Primes I mentioned before... ect.

One thing I definitely like to see more of is G2 MP's

I fully expect there to be a G2 redeco of an eventual MP Jazz. If not, well, I've lost all faith in Takara and they'll just have to go their whole lives knowing they let down someone who hasn't even bought an MP aside from Road Rage :-P

So, new discussion point. By now we all know that mp10 was designed to be able to accommodate Ultra Magnus type armor, before they decided to just make an all new Magnus. My question is this: do you think we'll ever get a powermaster Optimus Prime style trailer/armor for the mp10 mold?

Takara's more likely to just make a cartoon-accurate Super Ginrai than not, meaning normal Ginrai would require a whole new cab mold.

I have the Asia reissue of MP-10 and leaning toward getting the Nemesis Prime repaint. I usually avoid getting repaints as much as possible, but I'm drawn to this. The reviews look good too. Any negatives with this figure?

Mmmmmmmmeeehhhhhhhhhnnnyyyyaaaahhhh.... I do know what you're talking about, but I think that's giving them more credit than they deserve. All I ever saw was a poor mockup of MP-10 with some G1 Magnus bits glued on him. If they had really designed him to incorporate some armor, then that's how Magnus would have ended up. But it was an afterthought, thus we ended up with MP-22 as he is now.

I pulled the trigger. Luckily the money I received for selling Nautica cleared so I only paid about $30 out of pocket before shipping. I also have that new MP Sideswipe PO'd from A-E, so I'll wait for both to be available before shipping later this year. That should be it for MPs for me this year (I hope).

Good choice. The mp10b was my introduction to that mould, it is a thing of beauty.

We got g2/bee and swipe, but I'm surprised there was no g2 grimlock repaint. I do love that g2 swipe. My ony version of the lambor mould I'm interested in, it looks so freaking cool.

So, yeah, we finally got an Ultra Magnus MP-10 repaint. I know it's a 7-11 thing, but the colours are spot on - right down to the blue forehead crest and the green waist button thingies - and you'd only need to put an Autobot symbol reprolabel on top of his 7-11 shoulder symbol and he's perfect.

Oooohhhh. I'm not interested, but at least they finally finished the repaints for that mould. And at least his trailer is actually in disguise, instead of shouting "HEY!! LOOK AT ME!! I'M AN AUTOBOT!"
