Please stop the politics. I have political views, but I'd prefer not to post them on a PotP Leaks and Rumors forum. Anyways, I checked Brickseek and it said a Target near me has Legends and Deluxe class. I'll have to look in person. But if they're too lazy to check the stock in the back again...

They should have the Deluxes -- call ahead, if possible, and ask if they have it by DCPI -- the Legends weren't anywhere immediately accessible for my Targets, but they said to check again tomorrow (although none will be on the shelves till Black Friday, I guess).
Btw it's nothing to do with politics now! it's been explained away by this guy!
btw it's something to do with Jazz being wrongly named in The Five Faces Of Darkness! and is a nod to that....apparently! so people reading other things into it are waaay off the mark and misconstrue its actual meaning.

That's one POSSIBLE explanation.
If that were the case, then why were Hasbro so quick to issue an apology and throw the vendor under the bus? Why not just come out and explain it was an easter egg?

Because even if it was not a Trump reference after all, it won't convince people out there to farm outrage for the internet's well oiled 'two-minutes-of-controversy-a-day'. In other words, it's probably better to say that yes, it was indeed someone who snuck in a Trump reference without Hasbro's consent and that guy is probably getting punished or something rather than say it's not and suffer accusations of being 'crypto nazis' or something which would be far more damaging to their brand in their eyes that coming under constant suspicion of secretly endorsing Trump.
Edit: In case my point is unclear, to re-iterate: its easier to say there WAS a controversy and its been taken care of than brush it aside and say there is no controversy because then people who want to see a controversy will think Hasbro somehow has 'something to hide'. Hope it make more sense that way.

Sounds like PR damage control. That's okay, though. I bought MAGA Jazz for the novelty.
Swoop's G1 cartoon coloring is pretty cool. I was actually hunting for Slash, but this one extra exception on my Buy List worked out....he'll be my go-to for Swoop. The Platinum Dinobots version I have is still too Bayverse, despite the G1-style face.

Oh hey! Thanks for the reminder. Seeing as YOU dragged the issue up again, you're clearly defying staff directives and attempting to drive the topic off-topic.
What happens to people who do that again? Oh yeah ...

Weapon: Saber Blade
At this point, the best way to move on from the Jazz controversy discussion may be to have every post related to that subject in this thread split out into their own new topic.

Yeah people do get offended easily and stupid things take people court over and to sue them if all people should be offended and upset it should be black people if Japanese person starts singing black rapper song outloutpd infrom of black people with song having N word in lyrics African American people would beat crap out of Japanese person for using n word out loud but if black person sings same song out loud in front of black people using N word that is song black people have no problem with it it’s black people should be upset black rappers using N word in there music encourages non black people to use N word if black people don’t non black people saying N they should get upset at black rappers having n word in there music that’s origin of it by being easily offended
