I can see why people have a problem with it, but I don't care if there ends up being more torsos than limbs. All that is to me is more Voyager class figures hanging around. I also think that kinda encourages mixing and matching torsos and limbs.

The Dreadwing sent me a good message. Planes which will combine with starscream which are not are not characters remade 35x since 2001.

I want them to continue this momentum. I really do want the other two to NOT be seekers.

I know we'll not get new original characters, but please, some which had never been remade until now, like dreadwing.
It's been one of the very good points of TR.

Quite a few times over the years has Hasbro either only made Starscream or only made Starscream and one of the other two, either never or taking forever to make all three.

Please give me on example in the Classics/CHUG line where we never got all three.

For what it is worth, I do agree with you. I would be highly shocked if Skywarp and Thundercracker don't come about.

Then again, I was shocked we didn't see Eject and other Frumble in TR, and a bit surprised they didn't release Sideswipe in CW.

However, considering how prominent both Thundercracker and Skywarp are in the IDW Hasbro Universe, I definitely would expect to see them somehow in PotP. I would like them to be new molds if they are deluxes though, but I know that is a pipe dream.

As far as I know, it's a still active subline, so nothing prevent them to arrive in the future.

T30 Armada Starscream didn't get a Thundercracker and Skywarp to go along with him until Takara and TFCC. And even the former was, naturally, labelled 'armada starscream super mode' instead of Thundercracker. Either way Hasbro didn't see fit to release recolours despite the precedent.

We also have a strange recurring thing of the StarSkyThunder trio being completed, but taking quite some time to -- in multiple cases itbtakes years and multiple lines for all three to be released. Classics Deluxe, Foc Deluxe, T30 Legends... the above T30 Armada example also took until 2016.

For what it's worth, I think it's more likely we'll get Thundercracker and Skywarp as recolours of the Voyager rather than limbs -- but not through the main waves. More than likely through boxsets, Takara mall exclusives, etc.

I know this sounds odd, but I can take or leave Thundercracker & Skywarp. It would be nice if they showed up as deluxe limbs in POTP, but I wouldn't miss them, I would like to see some more original choices but time will tell....

I Absolutely, Definitely hope we do not get them as Voyagers....As many have said, I also hate having voyagers with no limbs to accompany them. CW was in imminent danger of this happening. Thankfully when you include UW, club/con exclusives etc... it works out just right, every unique torso can have its own limbs...I just don't want POTP to mess up the balance. I mean if went wild and produced UW box sets with all new limbs for them, that would be amazing, or even if Hasbro did this...but I see things like Grand Galvatron as a unique surprise, not something they can do very often.

Also, nobody has mentioned this...but the term *unique enigma* with Starscream...does anyone think that could refer to the Prime Master integration?..I mean like I said before I want SS to be a Combiner torso more than anything, but until I see actual pics....I cant celebrate just yet.

It'll be a torso, there no doubt or wathever to have. This is the unique enigma.

There's will also be Prime master integration, but do not expect something incredible, it'll only be attaching on the arms and pretend they give magical powers.

I cant believe that some people are hoping we dont get Thundercracker and Skywarp as voyagers to match Starscream. Finally we get Generations style Seekers in voyager scale and need all 3. I have Planet X FoC Starscream and Igear Raptor Thundercracker but still need a voyager Skywarp. IF they make Skywarp here it will save me some money as I was going to get Maketoys CD Skywarp. I like all my original Seekers to be same scale, preferably voyager, but different moulds to spice it up. Just because they may not have dedicated limb guys doent bother me in the least, we need a 3 set of voyager Seekers.

You are looking at them from a character perspective, which is fine. As a fan of CW, I am looking at them as potential Combiner Torsos. I know this has never been done with these characters before in Transformers, however without dedicated limbs they are basically useless to me, which is why I'd rather not have them at all. This isn't a slight against Thundercracker & Skywarp themselves...it would be the same for a ANY TF made into a Torso. Yes, they will be called Prime Masters and come with Pretender shells that can fit titan masters as well. The prime masters don't turn into heads though, but instead form what I think might be spark cores. These spark cores represent the Primes.

Speaking of Seeker limbs, I don't want Skywarp or TThundercracker. Instead, I want the coneheads. Preferably with similar robot modes but vastly different transformations and all modes. But we're probably getting the other two anyway....

I wouldn't mind the coneheads, or the rainmakers, or even Sunstorm. The Aerialbot modes have proven to be quite versatile however, I don't see Hasbro starying too far for them for any jet based Transformer.

Earlier in the thread I had proposed Windsweeper in addition to Blackwing and Dreadwind as unique limbs for Starscream...I was kind of stumped though for 4th and final unique limb...Trying to think of a Decepticon Jet that wasn't a "seeker", but not a Micromaster either...

Titan Master Heads are unique to Titans Return and will not be continuing in PotP (thats why they made Prime Masters the *new* thing)

Nothing revealed at SDCC or in the leaks just after indicated Titan Masters would continue in PoTP.

Hasbro confirmed they are done with headmaster type titan masters for now. Prime masters, and the matrix for leaders (and probably the enigma, who knows) are Titan Master port compatible though.

I, for one, will be incredibly disappointed if Starscream is a torso bot. I don't want him to combine, I want him to just be the standard Starscream. and I really want Thundercracker and Skywarp from him. This has been the seeker size I have been waiting for for years, I want all 3 of them, not just 1. I'd prefer that and then hopefully we get voyager coneheads down the road in a later line so the 6 main guys are all the good voyager size.

It's the same way I really hope that picture of Inferno from the leaks was a photoshop. If they really repaint Hot Spot into Inferno, just no, that is not right in the slightest. I'm already slightly disappointed that Darkwing and Dreadwind are CW aerialbot molds mostly.

Also, I was thinking about the leader gimmick with the evolution thing, and I looked back at the Prime vote candidates. While some have no real precedent for the evolution gimmick, I did see a few potentials:

Primal to Optimal mode (obviously)
Saber into Star Saber
Megatron into Super Megatron
White Optimus to Ultra Magnus
Small Thunderwing to full shell Thunderwing
G1 Hound to movie Hound (kidding!!)

Arcee, Shockwave, and Deathsaurus I don't really have anything

Since John Warden said he was inspired by wanting to recreat the Rodimus transformation in the film, I would have assumed that Megatron would have been megatron turning into Galvatron.

Naw, I would think Megs to super Megs. At least the colors and the whole needing another whole body pretty much would work better there

I hate it too. We finally get a voyager starscream and I feel its probably the worst looking seeker mold originating from CHUG so far, with the least imaginative transformation since Universe Silverbolt.

Here's the thing. You are going to end up with extra torsos no matter what. Even in CW there were extras unless you decided to pick and choose which figures you got, such as skipping Hasbro Cyclonus and getting Grand Galvatron instead. I recall you've worked something out with all the available CW, UW and club offerings to have a set of complete combiners, but that costs a fortune and many people couldn't afford to do that. TFSS is no more, and they were the best source of extra limbs followed by Hasbro's may mayhem.

PotP will be no different. Just looking at the leaks, we have 5 torsos already from the first 4 waves, but not all the limbs. There are going to be other voyagers, but there just aren't enough slots for deluxes to make the full sets you desire for any new voyagers.

So no matter which way you slice it, there will be extra voyagers. If that is the case, they might as well be Thundercracker and Skywarp to give the fans who have been begging for Voyager seekers for at least a decade what they's been waiting for.

I'm actually indifferent on this. I don't have to have to have complete combiners or teams or symmetry between Autobots and Decepticons. I'm also indifferent on the need for voyager seekers, but I would buy all 3 if they came out as a regular release.

So from a neutral perspective, I think releasing Thundercracker and Skywarp makes a lot more sense for Hasbro than filling in the wave 5 and 6 Voyager slots with re-releases so that there are no extra torsos.

No kidding. I'm going ahead with my plan of doing Starscream out of Skydive with 3D printed parts. That said if I can think of a character to do as a torso out of either Cyclonus, Silverbolt or this Starscream (What's a big Decepticon jet character that isn't Skyquake?) I'll do a Skywarp, Thundercracker and Sunstorm along with him and have a better looking Seeker combiner. Maybe upgrade Linkage Combusta from tiny Mini-con into gigantic Decepticon bomber?

If that is the case, again so be it, but actually I found the best source of extra limbs to be . They have never let me down.
