I'd say Skywarp & Thundercracker would be good things to make for Hasbro's new subscription service.

Is there going to be such a thing? I thought they had the Hascon exclusives ((and occasional other random Convention exclusives) and that was it...I didn't think there was going to be a new club...

Hasbro mentioned that there would be a new club. They mentioned it... once. WAY back when we got the first bare minimum details about Hascon months ago. And we've heard absolutely nothing else about it since.

But they don't sell individual limbs, or at least they haven't yet, so if you go Takara, that doesn't help unless you are just buying a whole combiner for the limbs and leaving the torso alone, or skipping the Hasbro version of the torso. Still no matter how you look at it, there are extra torsos. If that is the case, I would really rather they be Hasbro regular releases, as that makes them much easier to skip.

I just realised: what if for a boxset in POTP, we got G2 Dinobots? MORE RETROACTIVE G2 COMBINERS!!!

That said - and I know this is wishlisty and probably isn't gonna happen - but since the gimmick is once again combiners, we could also have another shot at getting a G2 Defensor.

There was mention of a club, but that could be anything (I imagine soething like the lego club).

There has never been any mention of a subscription service.

Hasbro confirmed they are done with headmaster type titan masters for now. Prime masters, and the matrix for leaders (and probably the enigma, who knows) are Titan Master port compatible though.

... which is why I'm expecting TakaraTomy to retool them with proper Pretender heads.

I seriously doubt it. G2 only released 3 of the original Dinobots, and they each came in 3 color schemes (original and 2 variants). Although I'd love to see a G2 Defensor, I think that ship has sailed, I'd rather see a new Piranacon or Monstructor if Hasbro has any plans to release any box sets for POTP beyond Titan Predaking.

Good idea, I think there's still some room in the brand new hangar Hasbro acquired in order to store all the unsold CW G2 Menasor and superion Giftsets.

Yeah, they could make up G2 color schemes if they wanted to, although I have massive doubts that they will.

Also, TLK "Primus" isn't being marketed as a G2 color scheme, despite how much it looks like one.

Ughhhh....That overly hyped & overly priced hunk of junk is taking up all the Trypticon shelf space at my local TRU's...I mean I was able to get Trypticon thankfully at TRU, it just frustrates me that it had to be by unconventional means, and really, REALLY fortunate timing.

I honestly don't think we will see any G2 color schemes in PotP though. They have more than enough to work with just filling in for as many missing characters from the 1984-1988 original series that have not had a Generations release in the last three series. And yes I know, some iconic characters like Optimus, Megatron, Starscream etc...have had multiple versions in the last 3 series, I'm talking about characters other than the obvious ones.

A shame he's so expensive because I need some version of the Primus mold to go with Unicron. I do love those colours though, gives me a kind of "molten core" vibe.
