What makes you think that we might get a figure other then the fact they added them to to the app?
I can't make that any clearer

Yes, it's just a possibility.
When I first saw the video's thumbnail I thought it's TFCC Barricade![]()
The colors are confusing.

I’d like to think otherwise but probably not. That design has been in the game for a very long time and seems like a bridge between its G1 and Bayverse characters as opposed to a “generations” design.

The beast mode is what I was talking about (since that's the pic you posted). But since you also admit that there's even less of a resemblance between the robot modes, well, that hurts your suggestion even more.Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Okay, maybe if there was a POTP Overbite toy in the works your argument might hold water, but as is, the Rippersnapper connecting is pretty far-reaching considering how little, if any, resemblance there is between the Sharkticon app game render and that Rippersnapper toy.
In bot mode they don't look similar but in beast mode the resemblance is their.

What about Brawn and Alpha Trion? And I guess we'll get another Flywheels (Skytread).TF-fan kev777 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:Okay, maybe if there was a POTP Overbite toy in the works your argument might hold water, but as is, the Rippersnapper connecting is pretty far-reaching considering how little, if any, resemblance there is between the Sharkticon app game render and that Rippersnapper toy.

I'm with pretty much everyone else in thinking this has zero chance of happening. First and foremost because we just got a legends Sharkticon figure within the last year under Titans Return. This is just a Sharkticon, not Optimus Prime or Bumblebee, so appearing with a new figure in 2 consecutive lines makes no sense at all,
I didn't say it has to be one (regular release).TF-fan kev777 wrote:Second, it would make absolutely no sense to eat up one of the likely 8 remaining deluxe spots under PotP as a regular release.
And if it's a box set like the TR ones?TF-fan kev777 wrote:A boxed set wouldn't make much sense either, since I presume any of those would be filled with a combiner team. An exclusive (like May Mayhem or TRU Acree/Grotusque) doesn't really make any sense to me either.
And maybeTF-fan kev777 wrote:There are plenty of characters that are still in need of an update, that would make much more sense than something that has only appeared in a video game.
Well, considering that visual consistency between toy and media is the very means by which toy promotion is even done in media tie-ins...Lunatic Prime wrote:Sabrblade wrote:The beast mode is what I was talking about (since that's the pic you posted). Does the CGI model have to be that dead on to the toy model?

Lunatic Prime wrote:[...] I mean the others (Generations characters) are but maybe it's a strategy to hide that a toy version will come so nobody's speculating if they should get Rippersnapper OR Sharkticon. Maybe Rippersnapper will become the Deadend and Alpha Bravo of PotP with Overbite, Sharkticon, maybe a Monstrutor member and Skalor recolors and retools.
But I didn't think about that too seriously when I posted it. It just seemed to be interesting. But we can dig deeper into this. I don't mind. I'm in

Rated X wrote:Look at those crazy Austrailian prices on POTP figures. But thats all on the government and and the greedy corporations that sell imports on the island. It doesnt cost any more to put stuff on a boat and sail it to Australia as it does to put something on a boat and sail it to America. They call them "imports" and slap them with taxes that allegedly raise costs and force jacking up the price just to make any profit ? That sounds like a government issue to me. Do they take advantage of anything that comes off a boat from China, or just toys? Does a toothbrush or a bar of soap cost $10 ? Does a toilet brush or a broom cost $25 ? WTF is going on down under ?

Going pretty far back here, I know, but wanted to post that I found one with this same batch number today and it is exactly the same as my earlier one with no extra slot cut into that peg hole. Ymmv I suppose?Va'al wrote:We bring you today news of a running change in one of the Voyager figures from new line Transformers: Power of the Primes - specifically, Starscream and his 'getting everything pegged in' issue. In the new version, which sports batch number 73101, the port features a cut, and the whole assembly is more slanted, improving stability and appearance in both robot and jet mode - supposedly also to be found in the next use of this mold, Elita-1, coming soon in a later wave. You can take a look at the comparison images below: first is the old run, next is the change.Seems like Hasbro as fixed #Swolescream I found a retooled one with the batch number 73101 with a retooled post (now with slots) on the back that allows for everything to peg together correctly
