Something tells me it will simply be Thundercracker and Skywarp using the Unite Warriors Ghost Starscream head (which is one of the best headsculpts of that whole line). Maybe it will be on different Jet bodies though :-?

If this is accurate, next year is going to be brutal between PotP and the return of the Star Wars vintage collection.

Right now, unless they really screw things up, I'm thinking the Dinobots are a definite, If the terrorcons do indeed combine I'll be getting them too. Probably the fembots,

The Rodimus looks really good but I tend to stay away from Leader class scale. If they end up making the other Seekers as limbs, then I just might have to get Starscream too. I'll need to get a better look at the primes before I decide on those.

You know, I am pretty happy with where PotP is going. The only thing that makes me a little sad is that Sludge is going to be on the small side. That said, these should scale well to the original Dinobots, for what it's worth. IIRC the original Grimlock toy is ~5.7" (14.5cm), and the rest were slightly smaller (sans Sludge who seems to be the same height, though I cannot confirm for sure).

Maybe, just maybe, they will make them slightly oversized to normal deluxes in robot mode.

That said, from the higher res picture I saw, it looks like they are going to be very good toys. Worst case scenario, we all know without a shadow of a doubt that there will be oversized KOs of these dinobots if they really are hot items as we suspect. Heck, maybe Hasbro will overscale them themselves and release it as a boxset at some point, wishful thinking I know, but a guy can dream.

Anyway, for my personal tastes, this Generations team has been finding a way to keep me committed to emptying my wallet year after year. Time to start counting days till we see some official reveals at Hascon.

I'm pretty sure we will get repaints of Starscream as Skywarp and Thundercracker at the least. Likely not in the mainline itself; but maybe through boxsets or exclusives or Takara. I'll be extremely surprised if it doesn't happen in some way.

The bright side of these types of leaks is that the pictures are usually in terrible quality and some of the figures just have art placeholders. So while we know what we'll see going into the conventions we actually get to see the figures in nice clear photos. And if Seibertron were to decide to not support these types of leaks I wouldn't be opposed to it personally.

I've wanted this the whole time. He could have Laser and Buzzsaw from the Guyhawk mold. And then Rumble and Frenzy from some Stunticon. Offroad with a new head? --- OR! EVEN BETTER! ROOK MOLD! --- Or a new mold would be fine, too.

And the, of course, we already have a Ravage of sorts, from the BotCon set.

Considering Arcee and Chromia already have figures, I'd bet more on the likes of Lancer and Greenlight. This assumed Combiner -does- have a clear Search for Alpha Trion theme, so even if Chromia having a previous figure didn't matter, I'd doubt Arcee would be one of the limbs.

Would be easy to give Optimal Optimus his alt modes, those vehicles weren't exactly in depth. Then just have a seat flip out on top to put the deluxe Primal and he can pilot them.

It's a shame they wasted a slot on an un-needed out of scale Devastator - which might have been a reasonable toy if it had been a lot smaller. all it did was make me fearful that if they did the Predacons as a Titan class they'd be - junk basically.

But yeah Unicron isn't needed in 2018 unless they plan to make Prime Wars 3.0 a short line and not a 6 wave line.

They have some cartoon on the boil (supposedly) so that may mean a return to a main line kids line that replaces both RID & Prime Wars - with some flanking support from Movie toys through to 2020.

Here is a irksome thought for you folks.

What is they make Scorponok and he comes with either a Full Tilt Titanmaster or a The Fallen (Megatronus) Primemaster and the only way you get a Zarak/Scoponok head is in a boxed set.

I don't mind if Full-Tilt turns into his head - though heck I'd welcome that as a 3rd party addition for the G1 toy too.

erm....wouldn't it be Fasttrack instead of Full Tilt?

Personally, D-Max, I'm most excited about the ability to stick those matrices on the shoulders of any transtector. I love that the Pretenders are returning in some form, and it makes sense with the Prime Masters, since the G1 originals could do no more than swivel their arms (Ultra Pretenders aside!)....but I was hoping for the whole "G1 with more articulation!" approach.

I will still buy 'em all, though.

I completely agree.

For me, they're perfect, on two points :

- Not sure they could have done some articulation with the concept, so this is the only size we can accept so few articulation

- It's the only size which solve the scale issue of pretenders. The originals were humans able to store a whole plane inside. Big scale issue from the concept itself. With this size it makes more sense.

Overlord collects/captures all the Prime Sparks, then, since each seem to represent a different power set, he can put them in his chest and have different powers. Really cool stuff.

Also, having the Prime Masters take over the transtectors of the Titans Return guys by replacing their heads is cool too.

Hey ExciKaiser - it's definitely for the Autobot Pretenders that this PM scale works perfectly -- I do like my 'Cons being larger than life, though!

not that excited about the prime masters, but I will prob get the PM for vector prim (since he's my fav prime). Also I wished they where making full fledged figures for the primes, id love a new vector.
