O there were: they were called Gobots

Sure! You've seen Micronopolis.william-james88 wrote:Cobotron wrote:I just found Grimlock and am looking for Sideswipe. I will be hunting for these as well.
We've gotten both of those. It seems Canada and US are pretty much synched up for this RID toyline. So Cobotron, you are collecting the legion class as well? How does it compare to the Prime cyberverse toys?

I'm not familiar with that one, so I had to go to the galleries, but I think you would be done at "TSCHE-CHU-CHU".

Thrilling 30 Swerve is good for that too! Love the little guy; He's probs my favorite mold ever.

Fully posable yet simple and quick to transform. Can't get any better than that

How they compare? Samesies, I guess. Legions tend to recycle a lot of engineering. I kinda have a hunch Sideswipe will be very similar to Prime cliffjumper/tailgate. I always like the simplicity of this size class.
The only bummer about the RID Legions is no weapons. I would have been ok if they just reused the Prime weapons. The hand ports are the same.
HEY UNCLE HASBY! Release a Legions weapons pack like you used to do for GI Joe!

Sideswipe is nothing like PRID legion Cliffjumper. No Legion toy before or since has been able to equal that legendary mold.

I find the cyberverse Ironhide mold to be pretty legendary too. It's as complex as a deluxe figure and, through sheer will, gets to have the clear chest panel actually be the front of the truck. That transformation amazes me everytime.
Cool. Good to know. Have you reviewed him yet?chuckdawg1999 wrote:Sideswipe is nothing like PRID legion Cliffjumper.
I'm glad you feel this way. I Love that lil' toy too.chuckdawg1999 wrote:No Legion toy before or since has been able to equal that legendary mold.
