Dang it, now I have to go find news on that. I missed it the first time.william-james88 wrote:so few care for *insert any TF product line here*
I butchered your quote for a reason. Across the various threads I'm following; I have the hardest time reading what TF fans care about. It seems like such a split between love and hate with no in between.
I've said it before and I will say it again. If I find something fun and interesting, I will comment on it. If not, I ignore it. Why rain on someone else's parade?
I'm really enjoying the RID15 line. I didn't think so at first, but with each new figure I get, I like it more and more. They are fun, feel good in hand and have a real eye catching color scheme. I just picked up Bee when he was on sale at KMart and I'm really glad I did. Of course, now I've gotten myself in trouble and I want them all.
Featuring single-step transformations, Mini-Cons transform into weapons (buzzsaws for the Autobots and torpedoes for the Decepticons), and can interact with larger figures. They include a number of clear-plastic accessories, packaged on the sprue, which can be pegged into various sockets on their bodies. Some of the figures' accessories can be combined with those from their wavemates to form an "energy animal": a big cat for Wave 1, and a shark for Wave 2.

I knew I saw that somewhere. I couldn't find it on my phone. Anyways, I thought you were the first confirmed sighting on seibertron. hahaha
Now let's talk about them minicons. I feel an irrational need to own those.
Man me too! And I am dying to know what that secret figure looks like and how it works with the clear extra gear.
I have no clue why I am this excited for this. I like when a collect them all aspect is rewarding like this. I remember the podcast was talking about Hasbro adapting their build a figure model from the Marvel Legends line and this is kind of it in a small way.
And yeah, my sighting was the first at Canadian retail, probably wasn't necessary on second thought since so few care for these 3 steps that you'd imagine the amount of canadians caring would be even smaller.

He is pretty neat. I would recommend him and he shouldn't be too hard to track down at retail. Pretty simple transformation, but fun and capable of some cool poses. His head reveal reminds me of PRID Vehicon.

Haven't seen you around Sir, so WELCOME!Sir Soundwave42 wrote:Grimlock looks amazing but is still lacking a flame sword or any weapon for that matter.Bumblebee's yellow wheels kinda look like something from a prototype figure

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

NuclearConvoy wrote:Well, this picture looks significantly less terrible than the last one. Still not as awesome as the app colour scheme made it seem to be, but I may get this. I'm now torn, because I have G1 Grimlock and the Animated Dinobots and that G1 colour palette, while classic, is not true to this character (unless he changes in the toon) and I'm trying to limit my purchases to characters not represented in my collection or that I am not satisfied with the toy I have of them. ...
Thoughts?
william-james88 wrote:Action Robo's facebook page has posted an image of their new stock which includes the recently revealed redecos for Bumblebee and Grimlock. While these are still in package images, the fact that these are not stock images gives us a better idea at the color the toys will have in hand, especially for Grimlock who's chest color was a point of contention so far.
