I sold a lot of my Bayverse Studio Series toys on Ebay a while ago, as I was working out my new downsized "Less is More" Transformers collection, so now the Movie shelf now consists of only DOTM Optimus and Bumblebee, ROTF Megatron, and 2007 Starscream, Blackout, Brawl and Barricade. I intend on adding the Ironhide, Ratchet and Jazz from the box set to complete this shelf, and maybe display the Optimus and Bumblebee on my writing desk or book shelf. I still haven't decided if I'll get any ROTB figures, most likely not, but we'll see.
It varies between figures, Jazz and Ratchet are upgrades from their originals, Ironhide and Prime are probably sidegrades (about the same amount of paint, but the paint apps are different), and Bumblebee is unfortunately a downgrade with respect to both paint and QC (missing paint, brighter gray plastic, and door wings cracking more frequently)

Thank you very much! I think I'd like to redo my ROTF Megatron now with the same general paint scheme as this Megatron and some additional rust details. Could be a project for this summer!

Yours is way more "real". I like it!

Feels pretty crazy that we're only one Autobot away from comnpleting this team, hope we see Que in 2024!
A DOTM-specific Ironhide release would be nice too!

Yeah, it would be, though they could shake up the paint apps like they did on the 5-pack one. I wouldn't consider it as high of a priority as a character/design that doesn't have an SS figure yet, but I would like to see it at some point!
I'm also curious when we'll see Que because they have really padded out Studio Series at this point between 86 and Gamer Edition. There's still enough Bay characters to keep the line going for a couple years completely by itself, and now between 86 and GE there's hardly any Bayverse in the line for 2023 and at least the first half of 2024.
There at least seems to be Hatchet on the way, I'm hoping we hear about him on the fan stream coming up.

Wow, that's really cool under the UV light. It's like that orange glow in his chest is extended through the cracks and scratches all over him. That's neat!

Mine was supposed to be here too, but they moved it up to Monday. Can't wait.LinaNui wrote:Amazon says my Scourge should be here by Wednesday the 5th. I am so pumped!

Can the kibble from his back be removed so he can pull the tanker?-Kanrabat- wrote:SS RotB Scourge's transformation was not that easy and I had to rely on the instructions to not mess up. As for the clear parts this is no Legacy Tarn so unless you force things the wrong way on purpose, I don't think that will ever break.
Freezer is a nice Targetmaster but it barely hold on Scourge's truck mode. That truck is freaking BAD-ASS and I love how it scale perfectly with his Legacy self.
My only criticism is that he's barely a "leader". Ideally, Freezer should have been included with him for that leader price.

They were able to cut costs slightly by using the ROTF chest for all of them xD

I'm not at home right now but once I am, I'll test it out.
