They are. But they are based on the flip-N-change Lockdown. I'm not sure if Bee is a new remold because there was a FnC Bee in AoE, but Hotrod definitely is.

Maybe regionally, but we do have photo evidence that those toys do exist out there.

Bumblebee is his old one, and Hotrod is a new-head redeco of Lockdown. In the two-pack we are currently discussing, Bumblebee is a redeco and Hot Rod is a new mold that shares a transformation scheme with Lockdown, Crosshairs and Stinger.
