Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

On the other hand, sometimes we get a toy that we deserve, but don't need (TR Brainstorm).
This Hot Rod, though, is a toy that I both need and deserve.

Most people seem to agree that Chromedome and Wirewolf are the winners of the wave. Those being the two I have myself, can't say I find Wolfy an easy one to beat.
Black Hat wrote:Oh I know WHY they're hollow, I just don't think it was the best decision. It doesn't overly bother me, it just seems a bit of an odd choice and I'd have rather they left out the headmaster "seats" for better looking guns (or at least done a Hardhead for all the weapons and given the seats retractable covers).
And no, I don't have Highbrow, he's not out over here yet unfortunately. I'm actually torn as to whether to go for TR Highbrow or the Highbrow-in-name-only but utterly awesome looking ROTF figure. On the one hand, Headmasters are cool, and TR Highbrow looks like a fun figure. On the other hand, ROTF Highbrow looks awesome and he turns into a homage to a P-38 Lightning. Decisions decisions...

Thanks! This surprises me, but I actually prefer the TR deluxe to the Gen voyager. Just looks more detailed.Cobotron wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:I'd like to see comparison shots with Generations Voyager Brainstorm.
Here you go, partner!

Cobotron wrote:I wonder if they went Voyager because they weren't sure if they could pull off the Head Madter gimmick at a smaller scale yet. I often wonder T30 Brainstorm was a test run for what was coming.
And Kurona, I'm surprised to hear you say that. T30 is such a dead ringer for IDW Brainstorm.
