The last wave of CW surprised us by coming up with a completely unique and new mold (Sky Lynx) completely out of nowhere, and given Wave 5's Voyagers are minor retools, I'm fully expecting Wave 6's Voyager(s) to be completely new.
I was simply pointing out that the rumour instead being about Titan Masters is a distinct possibility now we have the precedent of TM re-issues.
Oh, that's true! I'd totally forgotten about Sky Lynx, and it is true that the Wave 5 Voyagers being minor retools might indicate a greater likelihood of new molds (or at least extensive/engineering retools a la Hot Spot to Onslaught) in Wave 6. Either way, I'll be happy to have a Snapdragon to go with Apeface, be it as little Titan Master buddies or hulking Voyagers. Though I still remain somewhat unconvinced that they'll get Voyager figures (in this line at least, who can say beyond that), those are some good points that keep me hoping maybe it will be the case after all!
What can I say, I'm an optimistic pessimist.

RAR wrote:If the wishful thinking of the 2018 line containing some animals comes into play perhaps they might be flexible in the line gimic enough to make an actual Titan Master compatible Ape Face & Snapdragon in 2018
When asked about whether Titan Master features might carry forward in to Power of The Primes, it was explained how the specific play pattern would be ending with Titans Return

He looks awesome just standing there, but there's no waist articulation (a recurring problem with leaders), the helmet continues to defeat the purpose of the gimmick and it is not fun getting the little guy out, the weird ankle articulation, and the super long wolf neck just leave me feeling meh.
And mine stands up just fine with his legs straight or bent for now plus the stickers all look good. I saw Megatron at the store and his stickers looked to be coming off already.

I think you're kinda meant to leave the head in for all the modes.

If you're not supposed to use the gimmick, why bother with the gimmick?

And I mean heck, I still get a fair bit of 'childlike glee and wonder' out of having all my Transformers be piloted in their alt-modes - even if the gimmick can be frustrating sometimes, it's still way fun for the most part!

I think on the deluxes that they did a very good job, but I've been disappointed with the voyagers and leaders because of too many gimmicks. It's brought great, rare characters to the line but the triple changing compromised at least one mode of each one.

Because you arent supposed to leave the head in for all the modes. If Chuck read the instruction he would know that.
In wolf mode, you need to remove the head to fill out the wolf neck.
In tank mode, submarine mode and car mode you have cockpits to seat the titan master and drive the vehicles.
So no, you arent meant to leave the head in for all the modes, but you can for those who dont want to bother with the gimick. hasbro finally gave us the perfect incorporation of the headmaster where those who want the added playability can do it and those who dont want to wont be annoyed by it. there are many flaws with this toy, but the titanmaster implementation is by far the least problematic.
You know, I've been meaning to bring this up. What in the 13 Primes is going on with the instructions lately? They are completely illegible. Who ever is designing these graphics must have dropped out of their community college graphic design 101 course, day 2. How they got the job baffles me.chuckdawg1999 wrote: even these horribly printed TR ones.
