We don't know that. Not all titans need to be part of the trilogy, metroplex wasn't. They will just keep doing 1 titan a year and sell it with whatever line is around.

The line did have several popular figures from the '86 movie plus some CHUG first timers. As opposed to the lesser known characters who made up the CW gestalts.

There Maybe a way around it if "Super Ginrai" was actually Optimus Prime then that would make Victory Leo & remodelled Super Ginrai (sentient version of what was once a Neotector suit for the Human Ginrai) and what is now Power Master Optimus Prime's slight remould wouldn't be a kid in a suit but a robot.. but I guess that would step all over the continuity.
I still say to heck with story and make them as it's cool though.
being dead has never stopped characters getting toys before... as seen very recently with Scrounge.
There is plenty of other sources for Optimus Prime personality engrams to pinch though - and it's not like they were the same 'person' in the 1st place anyway it was more of a resurrection of Ginrai's Tector who was himself a hybrid of Optimus Primes' (G1 Convoy's) data Tracks and a Human mind - so if Optimus' / Super Ginrai's Body was rebuilt they are going to need some sort of excuse for that anyway.
I think the easiest way is to say he's not Super Ginrai in quite the same way as he was originally allowing both to co-exist.
There is things like the Beast Machines Hologram too that allow excuses to find a spare Optimus Mind to use too.
They can come up with some excuse like that they found a copy of the G1 Convoy engram and stuck it in a new body with a new Partner making a kind of Prime 2.0.
There needs to be some other kind of story reason if you take Unite Warriors Optimus into account too - as that is also a fly in the ointment story wise too.

Hasbro has no more wave 2 to ship out and all their resources are focused on later waves. They can't do anything. What has to happen is the retail stores that bought all their stock have to start distributing it across their chain stores and put them on the shelves.
