TRU says they can have it at my locations in an hour! I think I'll try calling first and then going in to pick-up in a couple hours....here's hoping!

the joints on my Quickswitch were tight, an improvement over Sixshot. Also I'm glad I held off on buying more of these sets to sell on eBay, when I saw two more in my local store this weekend I was tempted, but seeing it now on TRU.com, I'm glad I held off.

Also seeing BBTS now has a pre-order listing for Sky Shadow, hopefully he'll be showing up in stores soon in my area.

Woohoo! I found Brawn at my local Meijer today. He's cool. Glad to find something that is wave 4. Oh, wait, I did see Broadside the other day, but I didn't want him.

Well not quite right now, cos my local(ish) stores have not much. Toys R Us did get wave 3 Titans back in stock and with a sale on so about £12 rather than £18 on deluxes but that's it at moment. I gonna check again in a couple weeks when hopefully some Last Knight stuff will be out cos I want Optimus

I'm Jealous. Non of the toy stores in Nottingham have stocked the wave 3 Titan Masters and Legends. I was beginning to wonder if they'd even made them to our shores.

It is, but again, I am waiting till my next paycheck. And my main complaint in this response was the fact that no one around here has actually gotten it

I found four at my local store. Literally the only new stuff there. Picked one up and selling the individuals.

By the way, has anyone else noticed that on the side of the box, for different stats are shown, with one highlighted? I know the rumor was that they would be based on stats, but I guess that would confirm it.

Lastly, the stock photos of Nautica's head make the shadow around her eyes a bit too dark. The head isn't perfect in hand, mind you, but it isn't as bad as it looks in the early stock renders.

But isnt that a good thing? Like that its not teasing you while you dont have your paycheck. And you dont see other collectors happily buying them in front of your face when you go to the store

It is good for my wallet but makes my soul ache. I want the set but can't afford it for another week and a half, but the fact that it has not shown up around here is also discouraging considering the wider scope of sightings

I still maintain it'll eventually go on sale; I haven't seen it be overwhelmingly popular or anything. This'll go the same way as Victorion and G2 Menasor.

Out of curiosity I checked TRU Australia's website, and as expected, no sign of it yet. Ah well, it'll turn up eventually I'm sure. They do, however, still have Victorion (or "Victorian" according to them) in stock online - and marked all the way down to an incredible $150! [/sarcasm]

(They also still have Fort Max, resting comfortably at 300-and-freaking-50 dollars! No wonder they still have him in stock... Guys? Maybe it's time to put that one on sale, too...)

Although I totally imagine the Velocitron set being available eventually at Ross and other reduced price outlets, I don't think it'll be widely available like G2 Menasor or Superion -- more like Platinum Dinobots or Fort Max....but we will see if demand slows over the next few months.

I dont think we can compare to those CW boxsets aside from Platinum liokaiser since those werent exclusive. I wouldt even compare it to fort max who was readily available on amazon and online. The CW sets went to Ross because there was either no one to take them or one of the many stores gettign them preffered dumping them to recoup some costs and make place for newer stuff. There is a much smaller chance of things like that happening when only 1 retailer in the entire world (no hyperbole) is stocking these. As Amazon did with Platinum Trypticon in Canada, if these exclusives dont sell in one part, they will just ship em elsewhere they are needed geographcally or simply keep them online.

Since only one retailer is stocking these, it means much less were made than the previous boxsets and as we can see the stock has not been able to keep up with the initial demand since it is now sold out online (the listing has even been removed from TRU).

By the way if anyon is still looking for wave 3, TRU has Twinferno for only $12.99

Good point, Will! As TRU are the only ones that offer it, that obviously reduces the chances even further of seeing the set heavily discounted.

I was surprised to see that the TRU site ran out already -- one of my TRUs may have some on-hand remaining for some lucky hunters out there.

I expect that given the Rodimus Prime head included with the Velocitron set, Hasbro figures that on Deluxe Hot Rod counts.
