DO you think it was Legends class size?Chainclaw1976 wrote:...oh, and Brawn. I totally forgot about Brawn until just now. He was just shown from the chest up, but looked very Sunbow. Not like the G1 toy.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

It was Brainstorm

Yes, that's the one. Sorry, I didn't realize that was public, or I wouldn't have wasted everyone's time with it.

That said, I wouldn't blame you for keeping one or 2 reveals under your hat.
I'd imagine there'd be a certain joy in knowing about certain figures coming that other people don't yet know about.

Any word on Kickback or Bombshell's inevitable repaint?
Chainclaw1976 wrote:As for Nightbeat's sunglasses, I'm sorry guys, I just can't remember. It was a lot of info to take in all at once
AWEZZZZUM!!!!!!!Chainclaw1976 wrote:Oh crap, I totally forgot, YES, we are getting that third Insecticon we've been needing!

You are welcome!
And I'm kind of glad you mentioned that second part. ToyFair is pretty much my favorite day of the year. Not to bog everyone down with my drama, but I'm kind of a depressed guy. Anyways, when Toyfair hits, that REALLY lifts my spirits. It's exciting to see all this stuff that I actually care about. It gives me something to think about when I'm bored. So on and so forth.
Anyways, so while I'm waiting on the Toyfair reveals, I'm listening to a podcast I'd never heard before, and the guys doing it start saying how much they hate guys who do exactly what I am doing today. They said we share what we've seen because we want to be the center of attention, or we know things others don't and that's supposed to make us special.
That is totally not why I'm doing it though. My buddy would write on my FB page every time I was talking about Toyfair. like if I'd say "I wish they'd make Chromedome" he'd say "They are." That sort of thing. It had been going on for a while, and I mentioned my depression or something. So he's like "Hey man, do you have Skype?" So obviously, he ends up giving me the grand tour.
And for me, I was just SO excited. I had no idea what to do with that feeling. Like I loogged onto FB today, and wanted to message a friend and be like "OMG, did you see that Headmaster Megatron?!" But of course, I couldn't.
So I wrote on Siegfried07's digibash thread, to see if he could basically make me these images that had been so fun to see. Then it spilled over to here.
But at no point am I keeping secrets. I really am trying to share the experience with everyone as well as I can.
It would be like if Doc Brown took you a year into the future and showed you a sporting event that you and your friends were really into. But then brought you back to 2016, and you had nobody to talk about it with, lol.

Yes. Now go to your room and don't play with yourself.

Oh, I'm really sorry chief, I didn't mean to be accusatory, if that's how it sounded.
I meant more, sort of like you said, that with all of the weibo leaks kind of sucking all of the surprise out of the toyfair reveals, it's really awesome that we get a big splash of excitement. I really appreciate it. I mean by the time the show rolled around we knew about more figures than Hasbro had chosen to put on display at that point, so rather than a reaction of 'OH WOW' it was more of a 'Huh, that's it? but what about...'
Best of luck with battling depression your, I've suffered with it myself for most of my adult life and I know how much of an uphill battle it can be. The only advice I can offer is that keeping regular sleeping patterns really helps, and you've just got to keep taking it one day at a time.
Chainclaw1976 wrote::CON: IIRC, Legends Class Kickback comes with Reflector (redeco of CW Shockwave). My buddy said something about Reflector had a "really cool feature, ... I can't tell you right now... you'll just have to see it." And anyways, I guess there are then transparent purple Reflectors too. Not sure if they fit together or what.
He speculated that in IDW, Reflector will have powers similar to Jamie Madrox from Marvel, where he can create Duplicates of himself at will. And that's what the transparent Reflectors are.
Why? Legends class Skrapnel already came with a Reflector. A unique mold one, at that.Chainclaw1976 wrote:IIRC, Legends Class Kickback comes with Reflector (redeco of CW Shockwave).

Reflector too! When I did the Hasbro feedback survey that was circulating after this year's auto assembly, Brawn, Kickback and Reflector were the 3 figures that I mentioned by name as really wanting new figures for.
They really do listen!
The IDW Part of this seems a little sketchy though, considering how Reflector is already dead in IDW, he was killed on a ship in orbit around Gorlam Prime in the run-up to the dark cybertron event. I wonder if he just meant that in regards to the on-package bio fiction. Reflector had sort of similar powers in the G1 cartoon, he could create duplicates of himself who all spoke in unison with him when he spoke himself. The writers seemed to forget this most of the time though, so he'd often just be 3 separate guys.
