As with anything, it's always best to wait for an official reveal. You never know what they could cut or add this early.

No offence but how do you know that?
I think he was being facetious in the first part.

Nope, a lot of the images that I'm sure he saw are labelled TBD or - To be determined. The clones, for example use the art from MTMTE with a little picture of a headmaster riding the back of Pounce. The images are only used to give an idea, not what they will 100% look like. Same thing with Tidal Wave. The picture I'm sure he's seen is just a picture of Armada Tidal wave, with Broadsides head shopped on. The images of his alt modes are nothing more than a pic of TFA Dreadwing in jet mode and the USS Flagg, both colored roughly to match the figure. Magnus Prime was a shopped pic of TR PMOP in blue, and the pic of the robot mode was the same pic of the robot mode used on the back of the TRU re-issue PMOP w/Apex Armor. Even Iron Apex was just a picture of God Bomber. His alt mode was admittedly something that didn't look familiar, but who knows what the final product will be.

The Brawn shown was for sure just the Titan Master art on the back of Alpha Trions box.

Thrilling 30 actually. In both Legends and Deluxe scale. :-D

And TF Prime 3 times (Deluxe exclusive set, Voyagers, Beast Hunters Voyagers) and in the new Robots in Disguise (2015) line.
The question asked about CHUG toys, though.

What is CHUG :?:

Uh, ok. Thanks!

But why the obsession about OP and Megs being the same size? I think it fits if Prime's a bit smaller than Megs. But I think it depends, or should at least, on their alt modes. To me their Combiner Wars versions for example fit together very well when you compare the vehicle modes.

Bugger, and I was getting on with making my custom Megatron from Universe Dropshot. Oh well, at least I can be confident that it will be a lot more solid than the upcoming one.

Pretty sure "Nightbeat" is just Hasbro being lazy and not coming up with a proper new name for Muzzle. The figure certainly looks a lot more like Muzzle than Nightbeat. It feels like the single Titan Masters are named for their head modes, not their bot modes.

Why? Legends class Skrapnel already came with a Reflector. A unique mold one, at that.

To be fair maybe it's for the sake of having a bigger Reflector then the Minicon sized one which is nice.

Plus remember Shopshop and how he got a remold of Scrapnel after he got a unique minicon sized mold?

Why do you even have to explain this???

A decent Reflector is way pass due! I personally would've preferred a new mold where 3 Legend class bots combined into something modern but still had that G1 soul but this this is Hasbro.... So if the rumor is true I wonder how much they'll milk it for. Will we see Viewfinder, Spectro, and Spyglass eventually from that Shockwave mold or just one bot called Reflector?

If Hasbro follows the later I could see Takara releasing a 3 pack of the former like 6 months after spent $30+ for 3 of Hasbro's.... SMH

Problem is that Alpha Trion would look really odd with a Doublecross noggin, and vice-versa.

I'm honestly hoping that if we are getting a Doublecross update that his fellow Monsterbots aren't too far behind him. Give me a set of Headmaster Dinobots and Monsterbots to go up against the Decepticon combiners and this man will be a very happy camper.

Speaking of Dinobots, how likely is it that we'll be getting Headmaster versions of the Dinobots? I expect pretty likely, since they're very marketable and profitable now that Age of Extinction's brought them to the fore again.

I can't see headmaster dinobots being very likely, at least not in titan returns anyhow. Monsterbots stand a bit better chance but so far no word. Don't see why you need them to go against the decpticon combiners though, the autobot combiners already outnumber the decpticon combiners

Because the only Autobot combiners this guy's likely to get (at least as combiners) are Superion, Defensor, Computron and Sky Reign, which means I'd be getting Menasor, Bruticus, Liokaiser and maybe a Galvatronus to scoop up any remaining limbs for their foes.

And besides, if I'm going to splurge on Devy eventually, may as well ensure that I might have a set of Dinobots that's going to look good next to him. I don't have the cash for the big 3P stuff ATM, even though things like Feral Rex really make me wish I did. :p

And the Monsterbots tickle my aesthetic likes too much for me to ignore them. Hell, give me a Headmaster Swindler and I'd be eating that up all day. :p

While its not part of the acronym, the Reveal the Shield line, as well as many Takara lines (Gentai! Gentai!, United, Legends, Unite Warriors) are also part of CHUG. I personally like calling it all Classics after the first line which started it all.

More stupid than giant autonomous robots (some who have beards and some who are female even if they dont reproduce organically) who can transform into random objects? Like a Stereo? And giant rats? And Motorbikes which are as big as Ambulances? Or a gun that his knowlingly treacherous colleague can hold in his hand?

Be very careful when calling one part of this whole Transformers ficiton stupid because you will then realize that it's all really dumb. But I preffer using the word awesome instead of dumb :-D

With all these rumours being about toys we wont see till 2017, I am pretty certain the next Dinobot toys we will see will be for the 2017 Transformers 5 movie.

Doublecross and the Monsterbots became the protectors of the planet Beast during the show, at least for a while.

So if Doublecross has a lion-like Headmaster, it's likely a reference to that.

Oh and I'm not calling ayone out, just having fun with this but I randomly came across an old digibash of the time when people would want more CW repaints (remember that time? sounds like so long ago). Anyway, arent you all glad you are getting headmasters this way instead of what people were once clamouring for? Like this:

Edit: looking at that pic, funny how that Chromedome didnt turn out to be THAT different from the digibash.

While that works quite well for the robot mod, I can't imagine how it would successfully look like a triceratops in alt mode.

Just curious. I asked this last time when people would digibash dinobots as combiners (using the stuncticons, what?!). But do we really want the Classics Dinobots to be redecos/retools of pre-existing molds? In styles or gimmicks that dont apply to them? Because if so, we have that already:

I neither like those gadget alt modes. And Megatron being a little gun is also "awesome" to me. :-P
I have to say that I like the little Reflector that comes with Skrapnel because he has the right size to really function as a camera for other "normal" sized Transformers.
And I really like beast modes. Of course the scale of them is seldomly right but in their case that's a good thing in contrast to things like oversized cameras and tape decks. I know there are people who have a different opinion and that's fine for me but they should tolerate my opinion, too.
And fembost...I don't know what to think about them. I never really formed an opinion about them and yeah, they are a bit absurd but I guess they serve the purpose to let us identify a bit more with the Transformers' realm and please and attract the female fans.
(I guess, I used some strange words and terms here, but English is not my mother language so excuse me.)
