Excellent painting and details (and I like the pose in the picture: more emphasis for the plasma cannon and "cannon" on the back ^ ^), but the horrible arms pivots, recall this image...

The pivots are necessary for the transformation, but what a great robot figure sacrifice...
Very nice tank, with rotating turret and realistic track tank, but not much realistic color.
In my opinion, very nice, but overrated because it's Megatron.

Looks like he's breaking out of his box. I couldn't help but think of this.

Got a pretty cool haul of non transformer stuff today and anyone who wants to see what was in the box is welcome to click on the picture.

It did come with a sticker sheet though that looks official. I didnt know Takara made official fraction stickers, can someone tell me if this is indeed authentic?

Light haul today. TrU had their regular Generations deluxes at only 9$CAN. Of course, only Rattrap, that Beast Machine Vehicon, and the Minicon Trio were available. I already have them all. So I took the Minicon Trio to maybe give away eventually.

Walmart have their AoE deluxes on clearance. So I finally gave the Crossair mold a chance by buying AoE HotShot. Appart the very messy paint job of the face, it's a mold that is way better in person, once you fix the horrible in-package mistransformation.
I really should have given Crossair a chance. Oh well, I had a taste of the mold with Hotshot.
Seriously though. Who seriously thought putting a paint layer that thick on HotShot's face?

Thanks! I thought they would be cheaper though, since that's the usual walmart sale price. Their clearance prices are usually cheaper (like 50% off). Target had them at 6$ when they wanted to get rid of them, and that was before they announced they would be closing. And even then I didnt buy the deluxes I had not owned yet.

RID Sideswipe and Jazz came in today.

Sideswipe was sooooo close to being the premier figure of the line, but he needed one last go-round with R&D that he didn't get. It's frustrating because he is close to perfect except for a couple of huge flaws that should have been caught before he went into production.

Jazz though...he's cool.

What kind of flaws are we talking about? Loose joints, tabs won't fit or something like his legs won't hold his weight well (just as an example)? I can deal with the first two, but if it's a fundamental flaw in his design, like the last one, that may be a problem.
