Thanks! I actually think he's better than springer, IMO, except for the fact that he only has one weapon.

Great price for an amazing toy. I also prefer Sandstorm over Springer.
BTW, is there a way to store Springer's blades in car mode?

Mine are awesome, no complaints. Although of course, even the strongest ratchets wont hold if I tip my menasor a little bit back when holding the thigh pose I showed you.
And speaking of canadians, remember that mcdonalds talk we had a few weeks back? Well, it seems McDonalds has upped their ante in Quebec with the most Canadian thing you will ever witness in your entire life:

Mine seem to be pretty loose as well. He likes to collapse when I try and put him in some poses, especially with his knee forward.

*Disclaimer: the knees on my MM aren't terrific either, but youtuber Vangelus talks about floor(shoe?) polish to thicken joints all the time. So maybe its something to look into?*
Here he is, nothing attached. I basically have MM's torso transformed properly (arms/chest/head) but left his legs completley alone. Then I extend the crotch piece to just above his knees and he's set.

So now put a leg on. MM's backwards knee is essentially his new pelvis joint.

And thanks to the swivel above MM's knee, it allows for some outer movement.

So, elongated torso, new pelvis joints = a much better looking Menasor

For some reason I find this picture pleasing to the eye. Something about the composition. It's like a abstract fine art sculpture.

Comes with decals not applied, box and everything. Only defect is that one wheel is broken and another is missing. Fine by me, as I never plan to display in shuttle mode.
I'm very excited. I've never had Sky Lynx. He is one of my "grails".

I'm incredibly jealous! Sky Lynx is one of my fav G1 characters, and I've never found his re issue for a good price.

No, he is actually fairly easy to find on eBay........if you have deep pockets. There is only so much I'm willing to spend on toys, and I finally found Lynx. Within my threshold.

Most transformers that were sold in the US are not hard to find, but they get more and more expensive depending on how new they are (if they have he box, if they have all the accessories and all that). But hey, good news for you newbie, Hasbro is rereleasing a bunch of G1 toys this year like the Coneheads, Blaster, Perceptor, the Insecticons and a few others
Check this thread if you are interested in the easiest way to get brand new G1 toys: http://www.seibertron.com/energonpub/hasbro-g1-reissue-releases-for-2015-generations-platinum-t102664.php
I was a newbie and I chose not to bother with G1 unless I saw some cheap figures in local yard sales and the like. I will be buying most of the stuff being rereleased this year though.
Oh and here is the cheapest Fortress Maximus you will ever see in your life. For decades, finding a complete one was a grail for most collectors (costing upwards of 1000$) and now it's as easy as a simple click: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/product.aspx?product=TAK11575&mode=retail

there is, the hand guard clips onto the rear of his knee pads, and rotates up against the bottom of the car. Stops him from rolling nicely, but it's somewhere for the blade to go in car mode for display.

ROTF Sideswipe, BH Wheeljack, and Arms Micron Zombie Cliffjumper.
All for the low, low price of 20$CAN in person.

I had Zombie Cliffy before. I sold/trade him with some regrets. Now, he's back home! BH wheelie was a curiosity. ROTF Sideswipe show how cheap-ass Hasbro became since DOTM.
