Went to TrU in hope of finding something new. Found TR Blaster, PM Optimus, and Fortmax. Bought non because Mr Tape is Preordered from (irony) TrU along Rewind, Fortmax is WAY too expensive and I already have Gen Metroplex and G1 Fortmax, and I'm waiting for Takara's Ginrai.

At least, they have the last wave of CW legends. 50% OFF to boot! For less than 7$CAN each, I finally got Shockwave and I got WreckGar for my friend. Also got the upgraded feet and hands for my Mired Skyreign. These were expensive as hell, but oh well worth it!

Montreal's TRU had titan masters so I took 3. I will be getting the flywheels later and I dont want to double up on small vehicles just yet.

Thanks to WJ's advice a few pages back I just picked up the Classics Sideswipe. Man is he a great mold. I'm half tempted to get Sunstreaker now even though I have the CW version

I've been considering getting the MP Wherljack, what are your thoughts? I tend to mix MP and Generations together so keeping price in mind do you think MP Wheeljack or that Generations Wheeljack is superior?

I don't know yet. I just got home and posted the pics. Gen WJ is used and shipped in alt mode.

That's a good idea to compare the two for someone who's never experienced either mold. I'll get around to pics and thoughts on my collection page eventually.

I hear that MP WJ is the tops; paint me excited.

I can assure you that Generations Wheeljack is pretty bad. Some like it but I HATE it. It look good, but it's frustrating to transform. Still, if this is the scale you collect, you cn get it for cheap. I did not have it, but everyone who own it only have good things to say about MP-Wheeljack. Just be careful to not buy a "Takasa Tony" K.O.

As for the super haul just above, I can see Animated voyager Bulkhead and deluxe Oilslick. GREAT choices! Those are among the BEST the Animated line can offer. If not the entire Trtansformers franchise.

Dollar for dollar, MP wheeljack is better. You see where all your money is going. And its also not a tracks redeco with a new head. Generations Wheeljack is an average deluxe while MP Wheeljack is probably the best MP figure made so far (in my opinion).

MP WJ is amazing and just a bit mind numbing. The best MP I've gotten my dirty paws on.

Gen WJ is pretty awesome. I enjoyed transformering him and I dig the way he looks in bot mode. I like him a lot more than some of my other Gen deluxe figures.

Comparing the two isn't really fair, both from a price and scale point of view. I'd recommend either/both depending on your collection/display.

More thoughts here.

@K and SS:thanks, I'm very excited to dig into those animated figures. That line is a bit of a mini obsession/distraction for me right now.

Picked up TR Blurr and Scourge today! I absolutely love them and I'm glad to have a Blurr figure especially because he's one of my favorite characters along with Starscream and Bumblebee. My Scourge has quite the bobble head though so I'll have to figure something out.
