to be fair though, some 1-steps are good. Springload from RiD is pretty cool

Nope. I'd take a one-stepper over having to watch those any day.Kurona wrote:In that case, would one-step changers be considered the Revenge of the Fallens and the Twilights?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Three, I still like Rook better.

Strangely, I prefer the legend Groove. It's more logical and more in scale with everybody. Also, deluxe Groove is more than 40$ if I count shipping so nope.

I prefer Rook over Groove as a leg for Defensor. But a deluxe sized motorcycle is way too much to play with other figures.

I consider TF figures art. There is definitely and art to the entire process; sculpt, engineering, paint... if someone does make a thread or if there is one, please link me.-Kanrabat- wrote:Kurona wrote:Ironhidensh wrote:Another way to look at it is: MP Ultra Magnus is a work of art, but UW Computron is just a toy.

Y U NO MAKE THREAD FOR THAT?
Seriously, it would be an interesting one.

I always had a fondness for the Throttlebots (had the whole team some years ago even if they were very simple toys) and if all the figures are as well designed and nice looking as Goldbug here it may be the first time I collect all members of a combiner team since I was a kid collecting G1 Bruticus.
Who comes with the hands and feet though?

Kurona wrote:I've never had them before - nor any third party toys before - but they all look pretty good to me. What's fun is that they seem to have a classics-inspired redesign; giving them all unique silhouettes and giving Wide Load in particular a larger size. Gives them a bit more character imo.
There's quite a few reviews on youtube if you wanna check 'em out. The combiner itself is about a head shorter than Energon/Platinum Omega Supreme.
