Friday MP Grapple FINALLY arrived! It shipped on 2/28 and arrived on 3/24, why so long? Normally I get these in roughly 2 weeks, but this was a pretty crazy wait. And that's not even my longest wait as I'm still waiting on my cats MP Cheetor and Legends Leo Prime to get here. Maybe Monday...

Saturday TFSS 5.0 box 1 arrived! Big hole in the box, but no damage to anything in it. So happy to see that Fractyl does indeed have his HFG, there had been rumor that he didn't include it. Looking forward to the rest.

Must be Caturday because these showed up today:

Got Arms Micron Leo Prime off of Mandarake for 3,500 JPY (US$32~). Been watching ones on eBay, but this was cheaper, even with shipping (which I shipped with a bunch of other non-TF stuff).

I also got this:

I think it's an anime soundtrack CD (two CDs actually), but I'm really not sure. I do recognize everything on there, but I basically got it because of Beast Wars Metals Convoy (Transmetals Primal) in the top corner. I only paid 200 JPY for it in a Mandarake auction so it's all good.

Zetar and Aragon are the names given to two of the G1 Powerdashers, the drill and car one respectively. Those names originated from the US Diakron, the French/Benelux Diaclone and the Italian Trasformer lines. Cromar, the jet one, I haven't found a suitable use for. Savage is named after Beast Machines Noble Savage, as they both have dragon and wolf modes. Told you I wasn't original... :oops:

Now I need names for Brawn's air bike, Apeface's gorilla, and Sawback's... lion-shaped winged gun pod thingie.

From what I can tell, it's indeed a soundtrack CD set, to be exact the opening and.or closing credits songs of the series featured in TV Magazine, around the year 2000. Kamen Rider Kuuga, Mirai Sentai Timeranger and Beast Wars Metals were some of the series that aired at the time.

You could give Cromar to Apeface's since his also turns into a jet, right?

Sawback's could totally be Lio Junior.

My girlfriend got me an early easter gift, and with a quick sticker switch, my Lost Light collection finally got its co-captain!
It's a really nice Megatron figure, and I'm really happy to have him in my collection.
Sincerely, I still miss the Optimus/Octane mold and the Broadside mold, but so far it looks like it's the best voyager mold in the TR line so far!
Cannot wait to see him in Blitwing colors.

Strangely enough the discs say "rental" on them in English as part of their design (not hand written or stamped on), though being Japanese I don't know if I can take that at face value.

A random visit at Winners paid somewhat. Not the best price, but I scored a trio of Rescue Bots dogs. The yellow one is a bit boring but it work. The dalmatian is cool and funny. But the deep blue one is VERY disturbing. From the start, he's an intimidating bulldog... and then, HE TURN INSIDE-OUT INTO A LOVECRAFTESQUE ELDRITCH HORROR! I mean, damn... :shock:

Also waiting for me in the mail are the Reprolabels for Combiner Wars Devastator. Cost me only 28$CAN total, shipping and taxes included thanks to a surprize 15$US couppon they sent me. The coupon came with a sheet of

I love that set. I got it myself not too long ago. Its so cool that they rereleased them. Lots of fun to be had with that set and they go so damn well with the bases.

Wait. Wjat? Care to elaborate? Name? Edition? Store? Anything?

Anyway, FINALLY got myself TR Kickback! And now, the Insecticons trio is complete at last. I'm too lazy to post a picture. Walmart also had Gnaw and Bee but I skipped on them because I find it too rough paying 14$+tx for a scout figure. I'll consider the other two only when they'll be available at 10$ or less. But for Kickback, I'm not taking any chances.
