The last of my BBTS haul: Siege on Cybertron. Obviously spent most of my time with Magnus Prime / Ginrai. I didn't even bother transforming him to truck mode. I basically grabbed my Godbomber and put them together. Overall it's a lot of fun and it looks awesome. I do wish the transformation wasn't so fiddly. It's also pretty top heavy so there are a few balance issues. But at the end of the day, it's a great 2 figures. Not sure I'd want one without the other though.
Only briefly played with Pounce, Metalhawk, and Thunderwing. They're okay, may just sell them. No real interest in Tidalwave and that's untouched.

Picked up hftd battle blades optimus. The voyager that is tye leader shrunk. It's a piece of awesome. All the greatness of the leader but less fiddly. Snagged it for a decent price, not th 70+ it usually goes for. Just missing the matrix but that's ok. I really like it.

Yay, Walmart restocked TR Voyager wave 3! Haven't seen these since the spring. Finally got my second Voyager Optimus Prime for ToyHax's Action Master set. I don't do "3rd party" figures, but upgrade kits are fair game since they're made to enhance an official product.

I strongly recommend the HeadRobots Butcher upgrade kit for him, if available at a reasonable price.

I understand we all have our budgets and our own tastes but I personally foresee Sky Shadow as being one of those toys that will stand out from this line and be quite pricey to buy in the next 5 years once he is off the shelves. Especially if he turns out to be Hasbro exclusive (which he is right now, ironically enough). So just saying that if you think you might be into him, I think he is well worth it and getting him now might avoid you (or anyone reading this) paying much more for him later. But of course you do as you wish, I just feel he rocks so damn much

Had ordered Last Knight Wave 3 Bumblebee after waiting months for Hasbro to officially release it in stores. Paid £29.99 which is a bit much but I was just so tired of waiting and I needed a cheer up treat for myself.
Well the package arrived today:
What is this crap? I just sold one of these bloody things last week! Where's my Bumblebee? Have emailed the seller...
EDIT: ok he's responded and apologised for the error and has one Bee left so has put that aside and I'll return this Sunstreaker... I got all my paints out ready to customise the Bee a bit and now i gotta sadly put them all away again. I still gonna blame Hasbro or something for this cos really this toy should be in the frickin' shops by now...

First off, the TF sale at TrU was not over. Plus they had ONE TR Blitzwing and ONE TR Octone right in front an armada of Galvatrons and Broadsides. At 23$CAN each, of course I took them! Even though I got rid of TR Megatron, Blitzwing is MUCH more interesting to look at. Plus he's the real deal.
Also, there was a bonus deal at TrU. For October 18th and 19th only, 15% OFF everything. So basically, the taxes are free! To think that I almost paid 35$CAN + TX for each at my local geek shop in fear of missing out!
Let's just hope there is NO QC issues this time.
Next at Walmart, they finally had TR Seaspray. regular 13$CAN +tx unfortunately. However, the REAL haul is the MEAT!
Those porc sirloins were supposed to be at 1.47$/lbs. However, they scanned at 5.45$/Kg. This didn't add up. So I used the MIGHTY PRICE LABELING LAW OF QUEBEC. Result? Almost 44$CAN of meat ended up costing me less than 16$CAN instead!
Hmmmmm.... Pork.....

You were never going to find them since there have been 0 US sightings reported so far. Walgreens is very centralized so if there have been no sightings anywhere, there is no chance of the ones near you having it. I am glad you at least got a figure there to make your trip worthwhile.

Well, right after I logged off Tuesday, a package arrived, bearing my Dragonstorm:
He's alright, but he's a bit fiddly and really needed different colors.
But then came a real treat. I had an interview yesterday, and there were a Walgreens, TRU, Target, and Walmart all nearby and decided to pay them each a visit. Target had nothing new. Then I went to Walgreens: they had 3 of the cyber battalion figures. Passed, but thought about Jetfire for a bit.
Next I went to TRU, and a truly magical thing happened: they had just stocked movie MP Prime! So, considering he was the $99.99 price he was supposed to be and not the $139.99 online price, I got him.
And then I went to Walmart, and then my head exploded: 6 Overlords! I was within the 7 day cancellation policy of BBTS, so I quickly cancelled him and saved $5 getting him in stores.
Overlord is the best of the 3. I spent the entire 2nd and 3rd quarter as well as halftime of the Chiefs/Raiders game trying to get Prime to altmode with no success. Need to watch some videos...

Paid a visit to my local Geek Store to get my friend a CW Streetwise for his combiner. While being there I just had to take something extra. Because he's coming in PotP and my 
pretenders are unfairly outmatched by the 
, I got G1 Pretender Cloudburst. He's WAY better than I expected. 100% complete for only 60$CAN + taxes. I had to clean it up and maybe I'll refresh his stickers with repros. Can't wait for his PotP mini-me!
