That is a figure high on my list of wants.

They're resetting the toy section at one of my Walmarts as well, with the usual tables of Clearance items. Some guys have all the luck...

EDIT: both the Walmarts and Targets are resetting the planograms. The main Target I visit flipped the pink and not pink toys so now I have to walk an extra 4 aisles

Starting to love that second hand toy store I’ve been going to! To be totally honest I didn’t get Hot Spot today but I still got him there and wanted to say how great a figure it is. I like him a lot more than the Combiner Wars voyager.

Sweet! Jazz and Blurr are awesome figures, still some of my favorites. Animated was so good!

Yeah, I wasn’t able to do much collecting during CW (which sucks because it’s probably my favorite part of prime wars), so finding these guys was a dream come true. I had a heart attack when I saw them!

No, I knew what I was in for with Jazz. Yeah, he is super tiny, damn near legends size, but it works in terms of scale. I'm good with it. Besides, twenty bucks is nothing when you are in deep with MP/3rd party figures like me.

2 questions though:
1. I dont see what is wrong with Blastoff's shoulders, everything pegs in correctly for vehicle mode as far as I can tell.
2. Repugnus' insect arms bend inward not outward like the image in the back of the box, is that normal?

I thought the same thing. Based on some review videos, it appears that is normal. Very odd.

Wait, really? This is a thing that can happen? I honestly had a dream about basically this exact scenario, except it also involved a CW Armada Sideways that doesn't exist. Now I just have to hope that this happens somewhere near me with Protectobots...

I do, yeah, as I took a TF break as Combiner Wars started and didn't buy any new figures until the latter end of Titans Return. I've managed to get my hands on a full Bruticus* with Amazon Blast Off, Sky Lynx, Sunstreaker, Air Raid, Hot Spot, Deluxe Groove, Chop Shop, Motormaster, and Dead End, Hasbro releases only. I still need Dragstrip, Blackjack, Viper, Trailbreaker, and all the Protectobots except Blades though, not counting any box sets/box set exclusives, and the Protectobots are apparently the most expensive team.

*The Legends Class Shockwave doesn't count, as far as I'm concerned.

In other news, my girlfriend came back from Virginia today after three weeks, and apparently found and bought a Blot for me while out of state, which means...

There was ONE Cutthroat at TrU. That's it. Nothing else new. Full 20$ price. I burned my 10% off coupon on him.

At Walmart, no geewuns, but at least they had ONE Blot, and ONE Sinnertwin. That's it. At regular price, but 18$ instead of 20$ for reasons. Neither TrU nor Walmart had SS Jazz or SS Megs.

At last, ABOMINUS IS COMPLETE!




My only complaint is the lack of a larger gray gun for the combined form.
Otherwise, one of the best combiners ever!

1. I agree, I also see no issue with the way he's assembled.
2. Yeah, it is, they have to bend inwards for transformation. Maybe at one point they used to go outwards as well, but they must have changed it, because his arms definitely do not do that.

I really appreciate it, but I already have Hot Spot and Groove, I just need First Aid, Rook, and Streetwise. I should have typed "all the other Protectobots", since I listed Groove and Hot Spot among those who I own. Sorry if my listing of who I have/who I need was unclear, I really do appreciate the suggestion.

Its a shame I didn't know people were hunting so bad for Combaticons because there was a store local to me that had them for months before they cleared them on clearance. All replaced by Triggerhappy and Hotrod now.

I only have The Entertainer left now Toys R Us closed. Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco barely stock toys in my area. Sometimes you get lucky in TK Max, though.

Luckily I go to university in Chichester and they have a very healthy independent toy shop I can score some newer figures from. Thank god I'm not just restricted to Brighton.

Blast Off's shoulders are switched: the raised part is supposed to point away from the cockpit. Compare it with UW Blast Off and his reversed-chest buddy UW Shuttler. This is only affects the arm mode, in how to deal with his arms, really.
