You and me both, they had the molds, he deserved a new improved figure.

But that continues to make this one that much more special. I really love him

For some reasons, the Seige leaders are 39$CAN at Walmart right now. At that price I took what was left on the shelf, meaning a Ultra Magnus and a Shockwave. I already had them before, but leaders that are cheaper than voyagers nice to get for future trades.

I would 110% recommend the FansProject SUPERION AERIAL TEAM APPENDAGE ADD-ON KIT.

It will increase the stability of the legs substantially as well as give it hands that are functionally better; not Great but better.

Can confirm. I have that set and after completing Nexus Maximus I tried it out on him and it worked out great! You can adapt pretty much the entire kit to him with a little imagination.

As for my own haul I got my Earthrise Micromasters. Haven't opened them yet, it's a little hard to get excited over four figures I feel like I already own a few times over. They really should have replaced one of them with a second run of Ratbat and Rumble.

Z3RO - Awesome haul of reissues! I managed to find a Soundwave at the end of November, but never got so much of a whiff of the cassettes unfortunately.

Nice little haul. It’s time for me to start catching up on the recent waves for SS and Siege. Or the final wave for Siege, as it is.

Megs is one the best figures to happen in the past many years, and that is saying something

I wasn’t sold on him from the first images of him we got, so I was thinking about passing him up. But I actually saw that you had good things to say about him, and when I saw that he was only $25, I decided to pull the trigger.

He’s a ton of fun. The way his “nose cone” and his wings fold up so neatly is incredibly satisfying. It’s SS DotM Megs all over again for me. I was going to pass on both figures, and they turned out to be two of the most fun figures I’ve gotten in the past year.


And that Nexus Prime is such an awesome score! Congrats!

Walmart distribution is a real mystery. One of my two local stores clearanced them out and I was able to get a complete set for around $40, but the other store is still restocking them. I've seen Astrotrain at both stores.

I don't know who took this photo, but this was uploaded to the forum back in 2010 and it's exactly the way I had mine set up (took it apart to take photos of the figures a few years ago and never put them back together).



You have to be a bit creative with the tank and pick a Landquake foot to plug it into and stick the optional shin armor into his hand, but it does work.

I've tried one of those, save your money on better toys. The head is terrible they have no upwards shoulder poseability which leaves the included melee weapons useless. The plastic is also far below acceptable durability and lastly the feet are also terrible for balancing.
