BW TM Megatron, complete w/instructions, in great condition.
BW TM Tarantulas, complete w/instructions, in great condition.
Both figures only cost me $20 bucks. I'm sure they'd cost a hell of a lot more if I looked on ePay...

For those WST collectors, Wave 2 consist of:
GTF 06 - Optimus Prime (Anime Convoy blue window)

GTF 08 - Jazz
GTF 09 - Prowl
GTF 10 - Red Alert
GTF 11 - Thrust
GTF X-3 - Silverstreak (Chase Figure)
GTF X-4 - Ultra Magnus (Chase Figure)

The opened figures in front of unopened cases are the ones I acquired previously. Not sure how many I will open and/or sell as blind. These little suckers sure get into me, haha.

Not fig related, but I picked up the Transformers movie soundtrack. Very cool. A great mix of artists and songs. I reccomend it to anyone who liked the movie.

The WalMart nearest me reset the action figure aisle a couple of days ago. They devoted 16 pegs to deluxe but they had been bare for a long time. This morning they finally stocked a case of wave one. I picked up Classic Camaro Bumblebee and Barricade. Figured it might be a while until I saw them again.
This particular WalMart also had voyagers marked down to $17.08. They had 2 each of Ratchet and Ironhide.
Oh yeah I also picked up a Heroes of Cybertron Brawn.

My Walmart is still working on their 8/06 week reset. Originally I thought they completely pulled out TF section due to no new shipments (and that's insane), then I finally found the new devoted section of about 12 ft. POG real estates for TF toys, and they were way past the toys section beyond boys bicycles, weird huh?

Anyway they were rearranging shelves and all that jazz, so they need to clear out spaces. To do so they put a lot of toys on clearance, that's how I picked up these less-than-2-weeks-old REAL GEAR 2pks for $8.00 each:

Yay, my SDCC Titanium Menasor arrived in the mail today - this is one sexy repaint!

And cheap too considering it's an exclusive... I wish I had the money to buy a few more and put them away in a cupboard for a few years

This guy is way underated, good mold & great colours - what's not to love?

Now if only I could find Titanium Scourge...

Well I went into the same WalMart I have been going to every morning this week. I was there to grab a couple "clearance" (marked down to $17.08 each) voyagers for myself and a fellow collector. I was pleasantly surprised to find the deluxe pegs well stocked! There were multiples of Final Battle Jazz, Dreadwing, Longarm, Payload, Arcee and Concept Bumblebee. So my haul for the day was:

Ratchet (for a fellow collector)
Arcee (for my wife and son)
Final Battle Jazz & Ironhide (for myself)
Concept Bumblebees (for fellow collectors)

Had an unexpected chance to nip through to York ahead of the weekend. No sign of Soundwave in TRU just yet, but while I was in a reissue buying mood I grabbed Prowl and Tracks. I'd forgotten just how badly the head sculpt on Tracks blows. I'm sure that when Budianski wrote the bio for that one that he was out and out taking the micky.

It's the Super Center at Rosemead/El Monte, last piece there. Just checked Walmart at Duarte, nothing. Btw, both Walmarts mentioned above are due for major toys reset, their new action figure areas are already set with existing toys, now waiting for new & replenish shipments to fill in the gaps.

Got Robot Replicas Bumblebee & Megatron. Neat figures, the both of them. I am really liking this line as a compliment to their transforming but robot-inacurate counterparts.

Megs, though, IMHO is kinda meh. Paint job could have been better, & his fusion cannon accessory isn't really too fun. I mean it fuses both arms together, limiting any kind of posing of his upper body. The mace would have been a better accessory.

On the other hand, it did indeed confirm that it would have looked more badass sitting on his right arm......
