I got some Christmas money early! I used it to replace two things in my collection that I has (foolishly) sold a long time ago. G1 Classic Pretender Starscream and BWII Max B are now coming back to my collection!

Do you mean the price or actually beeing able to find something in store. I've had several fruitless hunts looking for them and have just been checking their app for in store stock. Holiday foot/road traffic is just the pits.

For once, I have a TF Haul! Pretty rare lately because all my money go into premium deluxes dolls for reasons.

Anyway, got my first Siege, Skythread!

I love that new box design, but I hate the new 30$ price. That used to be the price of voyager figures. Oh well, better that than having the quality take a nosedive like it did in Cyberverse.

Skythread is a pretty solid figure. Not that posable, but infinitely better than his granddaddy, G1 Flywheel.

Vehicles are almost the same size oddly enough.

Now the friends are together at last! Sure, Skythread don't have individual bot modes for his components. But the trade-off are more solid altmodes. And I'm fine with it. (Big gun stored on his back for a more Geewun look).

Part zwei of the eBay haul, the last combiner boys of the year!

Trailbreaker, Streetwise, and Prowl Checkpoint are now in residence, which means my Sky Reign is finally free of stand-in dino limbs, Defensor now just needs a Rook or Blades to be finished (although I intend to get both), and Checkpoint just gets to hang out unless I acquire another Autobot torso. Good times.

Finally got my SS Jazz. Bought on sale from Amazon and DAMN they ship FAST! Anyway, he sure is small, but his engeneering and colors are top notch and the transformation was smooth withou any instruction. To be fair, I knew what I had to do. Result in no gaps at all. I love this little dude.

It's a great figure and once I found that butt to roof tab, smooth as can be hoped for. I'm loving these little guys

Got the other wave one siege toys in the mail today from HTS.

While I'm giving them to my boys tomorrow for the big day, I did play with them a bit myself. I opened them 'cause I stick them in the tree to be found, stop judging me.

I care not for Skytread and Cog, but Hound is pretty solid.

Merry Christmas everyone, first of all. Here's my Christmas "haul" this year (and Nemesis Prime because I had to, given my name):

I'm very glad that my Skytread Flywheels doesn't have any issues, given how many people reported problems with him. I'm still not happy about the amount of effort it took for Optimal Optimus to be acquired (I never found one myself and the person I got it from only barely did this month), but I am very glad to finally have him in hand.

Skythread is my only Siege figure so far. I transformed it without instructions. And I did came with that "issue". HOWEVER, I seriously think it's yet another case of Studio Series Jazz where a crucial transformation step is unclear in the instructions and people won't think further.

In order for Skythread's thank mode to be solid and properly tabbed in, the legs must be folded in juuuuuust right. A bit annoying, but easily doable. It's that simple.

Okay, sorry, I guess that was slightly misleading, let me rephrase: I'm glad my Flywheels has none of the figure-ruining issues (fused leg joints, extra plastic inside the tank, etc) that were reported. I can get one side of the top of the tank to stay tabbed, but the other side disagrees. The tank cannon stays in relatively well, but it definitely doesn't peg in as far as it feels like it should and it tends to be slightly crooked. I think that was just a design oversight on their part.

. I got titans return fort max+trypticon and spent half of the day putting on those stickers(my poor back). Was thinking of getting another big robot and im thinking of either takara’s metroplex, unite warriors devastator or TFC hercules. Any thoughts on who to get/not get.

I would recomend POTP Predaking, I feel you get your money's worth with him and he is incredibly poseable for a figure that size.

I got a little bit more Christmas money and was able to get some things I'd been eyeing.

Wal-Mart had the G1 Reissue Bumblebee! I picked him up, because I've always wanted a G1-styled Bumblebee with a show accurate head, and I never picked up the Takara minibot reissue set. So now I've got a G1 keychain reissue Bumblebee, and a cartoon accurate reissue Bumblebee, and an original red Bumblebee, an a Pretender Classic Bumblebee, and an Action Master Bumblebee, and a G1 Goldbug, but hey, you can't have too many Bumblebees.

Next, I got a Last Knight Cogman from a Burlington Coat Factory! I've been enjoying a lot of this line, since I can scoop them up for six or seven dollars from places like Ross or Burke's. Cogman makes a nice little addition to my collection.

And finally, I've got a G1 Action Master Thundercracker on order! The king of gaudiness is about to be added to my collection, and I couldn't be happier.
