I've heard that the original release had issues. My first Crosshairs was from the "Autobots United 5-Pack" which had zero issues transforming, and I really fell in love with the figure. I then bought Hot Shot simply to give CH another gun, but I couldn't get him to tab together properly for car mode to save my life! So I know the frustration.ClearlySane88 wrote:(Crosshairs)I've finally got him in an acceptable state, but I still can't get everything to snap together solidly.
Yeah. Galvy has a lot of fans, but that's pretty much how I felt. To each his ownClearlySane88 wrote:Next is Galvatron. His robo mode is a little meh to me, but I love the transformation.
Again, I waited to get Hound because of that AU 5-Pack but was pretty blown away by Hound. Just a fun figure with tonnes of weapons.ClearlySane88 wrote:Finally, I LOVE Hound. I think they did a great job with him and his robot mode looks like it came directly from the movie. He also has a pretty fun transformation, with hiding the head in the cab area and then swinging the arms around to form the back end. I also love that he comes with a ton of guns that you can combine into on massive, all most silly looking gun.

Yerp, should've specified that. It's really worth going to, if you live near/in Chicago. Also Shajaki, are the AOE Dinos worth collecting? I got Slug (the triceratops), but didn't grab the others. I thought Slug wasn't bad, are the others good?
Sorry I missed ya there Moosey!Moosey wrote:Also Shajaki, are the AOE Dinos worth collecting? I got Slug (the triceratops), but didn't grab the others. I thought Slug wasn't bad, are the others good?
shajaki wrote:While AOE's are still clinging to shelves I'm surprised that you've been able to snag all these guys. At this rate you'll have the whole line! Have fun with Drift, it's a pretty awesome figure (which I totally overlooked in my previous posts).

As for Helicopter Drift, I really like him a lot. His helicopter mode takes a bit to transform him into (it took me a while to get his legs to turn into the tail correctly), but it looks really sweet.

Congrats on this great haul. Wheeljack is one of the best Transformers toys ever and he is the one toy I could never regret paying full price for. And good job on snagging WFC Bumblebee. That little bugger has eluded me since I started started collecting early 2014. During that time, I have been able to find good deals on awesome stuff like Beast Wars Neo Ultra Mammoth, Beast Wars II Mobil Base, Universe Dinobot, WFC Optimus, RID God Fire Convoy, Energon Omega Sentinel, G1 Scorponok with Lord Zarak, ROTF Leader Megatron as well as First Edition Bulkhead (to name a few) BUT that little bugger (and ROTF Lockdown) have been the hardest things to find at a decent price. So, really congrats on this amazing haul!

I think Bee's great, he was MOSC and I only paid around £20 plus P+P. IMO he's worth every penny and more, so happy to finally have him in my collection.

If you wanted, you could totally used Wheeljack in place of a Prime-style Slicer.

That's kinda why I bought the pack. He's the only one I've opened so far and the figure is really sexy. Great for Slicer or Shattered Glass Wheeljack.

I have a question. Obviously Bee, Screamer, and Jackie are homages (Gold Bug, Skywarp, and Slicer/SG Wheeljack respectively), but who is Knock Out supposed to be?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

Unlike the others, Knock Out is a new character, so I would guess that they just didn't have a fitting homage for him aside from the G2 Decepticon colors.

I'll be honest, I went to Chinatown L.A. looking for MP KOs. Didn't find any, but I found this. I never had any intention of going through the trouble of tracking this guy down. But when he's right there in front of you, whatcha gonna do?
I even wangled 'me down 10 bucks.

Actually, Knock Out's colors reference the G1 Constructicons, who were considered "medics", especially Hook.
After the hell I went through to get mine...... Cobotron falls ass backwards into a pile of MP Exhausts?!???Cobotron wrote:
