I am probably the only person who likes Ultra Bee, but I think he is cool for what he is.

Studio series Grimlock, that is a golden piece right there.

I find the team/crash combiners combiner line to be fun and Ultra bee is the last one I needed to complete the set.

On another note, I noticed that Grimlock’s horn seems to be bent in package. Is that how it usually is?

Yes, it bends for transformation purposes

Well I know it bends towards the back for Dino mode, but the horn is bent to the side.

Went on a bit of a ride up to visit family and on the way home snagged a new buddy that I had been wanting. My crap cam (TM) can't capture the nice green and how cool the bone saw looks IRL but I am sure most people know what movie Ratchet looks like.

I had an incredibly poopy day. It's a damn miracle I didn't abuse (verbally OR physically) someone or even ban someone (though I did consider it after a PM from someone).

So I left work, picked my partner up, did a few errands then went to K-Mart and paid full price ($35AUD) for POTP Dreadwind.

I just wanted some plastic crap, yes it's over-priced, yes it goes against my vow to pay full-over-price but dammit ... I just wanted to make the day better.

Tomorrow will be a good day. Regardless of how much crap comes my way, by the afternoon rolls around it's going to be awesome.

Yup. I have not had any movie figures besides Voyager Ironhide so I decided to get it. I wish Studio series were Voyagers though.

It's been a while since I had any new TF. It's finally pay-day so I went to TrU only to be... pleasantely surprised.



I decided to grab him even though he's at the full 40$CAN plus taxes. Being a sought after TrU exclusive, I didn't want to take any chances at waiting for a sale. They had Starscream too but he's a common 1st wave Studio Series figure and there will be aplenty on sale soon enough.

Thundercraker ROCK that mold. However, I'm keeping him sealed. For my only sealed collection: Thundercrakers.



Now I need a sealed 2007 voyager TC for a relatively reasonable price shipped.......

Oh, I would have added the leader. However, he was released in very limited quantities for reasons and I just don't want to pay the price.

Also, why TC? Because I'm a Starscream fan and I open all of them. However, I want to keep some TF sealed. When I collect sealed TF, it's only repaints or doubles of what I already own. TC being a prime repaint and released every single times, he's an easy one to get for (usually) cheap.

Lately I got rid of ALL my sealed TFs except TC. Only he shall remain.

It's been a while since I had any new TFs. I had a little free time this morning so I headed over to TRU to see if I could drum up any hot deals.

I liked the looks of Nitro, but he came at a time I promised myself no more Movie toys. But, at 30% off and in this nice deco, I figured what the heck. I need a fix! I sure like Nitro's head better, but I intend to do some TM head swapping anyway.

How can anyone say no to that perfect mold that is ACTUALLY PAINTED this time around?
(Not that I really complain against Nitro's paint because thanks to that, he was so easy to turn into Thunderwing.)

Is the Thrilling 30 Thundercracker mis-carded, or did they use Orion Pax artwork for all of the Thrilling 30 deluxes up in Canada (or anywhere else where the comics were a no-go)?

For this Generations line, no comics were included in the Canadian versions. They would have to give either two comics (one in French) or make the comics bi-linguals. Too costly for a freebie. So at first, all figure had that lame-ass Orion Pax art. After that wave, all subsequent figures had their own art until Titan Return.

Got some more transformers in the mail today! I wish the rid seeker mold’s wings couldn’t pop out so easily. At least Starscream’s wings are better than skywarp’s. Also wish some TR deluxes weren’t so expensive

Got a small haul of two today. Studio Series and POTP finally showed up in my area, and as a consolation for assorted personal crap I shan't bore you with, I thought I'd treat myself.



Stinger is incredible. Easily one of the coolest transformations I've seen on a carformer to date, gave me RID2001 nostalgia. Skullgrin/Liege Maximo is simple but cool. Worth £6 at any rate.
