Good to see Sludge and Slug have been re-released. Unfortunately I missed out on all of them on my latest Target run, only the final wave mate Optimus Prime was left... I'll keep on looking though, and that DNA kit looks interesting. Not gonna use the hands tho...

Based on their recent prices, I was just glad it was only $33. But it will be worth it to give the proper combiner feet and a sword. I am OK with his arms as they are right now, but those arm upgrades do improve him and allow use of the sword, so i will use them too

My BBTS POL arrived yesterday

That DK-31 set is worth it for the improved hands (though, they are an absolute pain to swap onto the figure), but those side panels are sadly a letdown. The larger ones barely stay attached to the Ark, while the smaller ones just don't stay attached at all.

The gap filler for the tower is okay, but the gun turret gap fillers also don't stay secured that well, either.

My trip to my local GameStop wasn't for naught.

Got Frank and SS Ape!



Frank is pretty nice, appart the mold's holes in the legs.

As for Primal, that must be the tiniest "leader" in History. Frank is worth the voyager price, but for Primal, I'll have to fiddle with him a bit more before passing judgement.

Mandarake is finally having a slightly cheaper shipping option than EMS so I ordered something.

First, the model kit of the cute Hoi-Hoi san. This cute little bot is my greatest fantasy. Just imagine having a little helper to keep your collection dust free and to find all the missing parts like guns, swords, missiles, and blast effects that my cats keep messing with.



And second, I could finally find a TAV-30 Grimlock for a reasonable price. Used, but still.



I'm only missing ONE FOCking Grimlock to complete the set. The red "fire-guts" one.

I somewhat recently got the 1 US release of that TT retool and deco that came in the 2 pack with BB.
Someone didn't know what they had on Amazon.

Saying that, I Did get that Fireblast version recently as well.
Similar convo, i had a search listing on eBay and it showed up sub-80, so i bit.

Such a cool mold that covered a lot of releases.
I had waited for that Fireblast for so long, i got the red OSKO of the Volcanicus Grimmy as a substitute unit li found a legit one.
And damn good sub, if i do say so. Large and die cast for a cheap price.
Definitely worth the 25 shipped as a shelf filler until i got my hands on the legit.

The only thing that I don't like about that FOC Grimmy mold is how the bot legs transform. That floppy joint barely lock in place. The other thing I don't like is they could have used all that empty real estate under the T-Rex body to store the sword and shield. But they didn't thought about that.

As for why I'm collecting all the FOC Grimlocks? Well, I already had the normal, the "G1" Silver Knight, and the one that came in the Platinum FOC Bruticus box. The Platinum RID Grimlock was a 2 pack with Bumblebee, but I found him alone in his box at Winners. Because of no Bee, the box was 50% off. So, I bought it. Before I knew it, I already had 4/6. Only the two Takaras remained. Might as well fully commit.

After finding that TAV-30, I'm really tempted to bite the bullet and getting Fireblast Grimmy off eBay. However, 115$CAN plus taxes and shipped is a hard pill to swallow...
I'll have to keep an eye out for some other Mandarake listings. He pop in from times to times.

Had a lot of fun at Nebraska Brick Days in Lincoln NE this past weekend, and went a little crazy at the event and Toys from the Past (local shops). Very happy to finally have an Omega Prime, but it's going to hurt breaking the seals on them. Incinerator's gears all work too!

My local geek store had a lone Legacy G2 verse Grimlock and I just had to buy it. There's something about these weird colors that I can't help but love.

I waited too long for a sale on Armada Prime,so I fixed that last week and he arrived Saturday.

Then yesterday I got a Target exclusive pizza delivered by the post office.

Got my stuff from the Hasbro sale, basically stuff I wasn't willing to pay full price for in the first place. Got the Prowl and Ironhide set, never saw it in stores let alone on clearance. Also picked up the Core Optimus/Bumblebee set with the trailer. And not part of the deal, but grabbed a clearance Earthspark Bumblebee.
