The fact that the link is now dead makes me assume it's now sold out

Did Target just give up after failing to get them on store shelves this past summer in sufficient quantity and geographic distribution?
william-james88 wrote:Were they really not in sufficient quantities? I remember lots of posts of nicely stocked end caps.

Emerje wrote:Sounds like this is basically the same as what we saw last year with Omega Supreme and Jetfire getting rereleased in the Summer, just it's Scorponok and the Seekers this year.

This isn't a rerelease of TC/SW, it's existing stock.Emerje wrote:Sounds like this is basically the same as what we saw last year with Omega Supreme and Jetfire getting rereleased in the Summer, just it's Scorponok and the Seekers this year.

Do we know that for sure? Entertainment Earth that had them actually in stock (briefly) for sure, but BBTS is pre-ordering and due in July and you can order up to 24. No way that can be existing stock.

The good news on that? Hasbro is apparently paying attention to what was hard to obtain and still has demand. All 4 of those you mentioned got second runs, along with a few others like Redwing and the spy patrol 3. That is a great trend I'd like to see continue.

I didn't know Redwing got an extra run.

Wolfman Jake wrote:Here's a quick bit of hope for anyone still struggling to find Thrust. One of the local Targets in my area had NOTIHNG for Earthrise on the shelves as of this past Friday. Today, however, they had three or four Thrusts on the shelves, along with a small smattering of Kingdom product, and a whole glut of Buzzworth Bumblebee trash toys. So, Target may still be getting their exclusives out slowly but surely, even though the Generations line has moved on to the next chapter.
That's for Studio Series, not Earthrise.Starseeker wrote:The king!

Unless it's something Starseeker put together himself to look legit enough to look like something official.ZeroWolf wrote:Wait a minute, at first I assumed that it was a 3p upgrade kit, but you're telling me this is our first look at the starscream ss86 re-release

The leaks for SS86 Coronation Screamer say he's got remolded wings & shoulders and that he got pushed back to 2022, and those shoulder and crown parts look 3D-printed to me, so I'm pretty sure that's just an ER Screamer with fan-made parts.Sabrblade wrote:Unless it's something Starseeker put together himself to look legit enough to look like something official.ZeroWolf wrote:Wait a minute, at first I assumed that it was a 3p upgrade kit, but you're telling me this is our first look at the starscream ss86 re-release
