Seriously though, a tender to complete his locomotive mode (and hide the shuttle engines) is something Astrotrain's original design always needed and, with this toy, finally has. And it's obviously a separate module that detaches - look at the position of the shuttle wing hinges:

Crosshair is an interesting oddball because the vehicle mode doesn't really work but then he goes into robot mode and you go "Huh. Yeah, I see it." Hopefully his two other buddies (and his Targetmaster) are coming for Siege or next line.

DAMN! Did Amazon actually run out of shipping boxes or something? I got my pair of Greenlights this morning, just before heading for work (great timing on the part of my new mailman!), and they came in a normal Amazon Prime shipping box. I haven't opened it up yet, as I didn't have the time what with having to get to work, but I would hope they don't have shipping labels slapped on them INSIDE the box.

Anybody else get Greenlight in the mail today? I got her and something is really off with her new arms. They don't clip in anywhere in vehicle mode and her hands prevent her back wheels from touching the ground. Anyone else have this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Also I'm super happy about Apeface. I didn't want the KFC one because of size and price, but I was getting tempted because there were just no other options. This will save me so much money.

Apeface and Spinister are much YES. Astrotrain? meh ... he's okay.

Crosshairs I'm a little saddened by. Relegated to a mold share. He was my first Autobot Targetmaster as a kid so he has that special meaning to me.

I mean the Cybertronian alt mode suits him, and he looks good in robot mode ... but not original mold.

That is just bad. Just.. ugh. I dislike Amazon, but that is not what I would have expected. I would have expected kinda the opposite of that: Greenlight shipping in a box big enough for a Titan-class toy.

All of last years exclusives that are still in stock have the same disclaimer. I guess they will ship it in an envelope or box if available, because mine all came in boxes last year. But they put it there to Cover their backsides, so now they don't have to issue refunds when people do get lousy shipments without box or packaging of any kind

Regarding Spinister, it's awesome that we're getting a new, wholly G1-inspired update of the character, but I just released that Spinister has gotten a LOT of love over the past several years. Not only do we have the Targetmaster version of him from Hasbro (was paired with Legends Nemesis Prime), but FunPub gave us TWO different Deluxe Class redecos for the TFCC as well. This is the FOURTH version of Spinister available in seven years, though it is the first mass retail one (at the correct size class) since G1, I suppose.

This just means that they're shipped in Hasbro boxes, similar to retail case boxes. On the side, mine says "TRA WFC DLC GREENLIGHT WITTH BATTLEMASTE" under the Hasbro logo, along with other identifying text.

That picture is ... not the standard shipping situation.

Well that's real **** up. I ordered a PS classic and it came just with a shipping sticker on it. Fortunately it wasn't messed up and the stickers came right off.

He has a really good name, that's for sure.

Oh my god Apeface is glorious! It's literally my biggest weakness: triple changing beastformer with a great vehicle mode in black and purple. Spinister is also great and I love the colors. Astrotrain is cool, but I'll wait for reviews. And Crosshairs... Well, I'm already getting two of the mold, and you're not one of them

Well, I'm getting all of these. I do wish Crosshairs had a new gun, rather than just the same one Ironhide came with, but it's good enough.
