Sideswipe is one of those guys who can't be made too identical due to vehicle mode licensing.

SIEGE Sideswipe is Earthlike enough that I don't want to see a slot get hogged on an Earth rehash.

I have discovered that Megatron and Brunt go well together.

Yeah I don't want to see any mainline Siege retail figure get a new version in Earthrise.

Optimus, Megatron and Starscream make enough sense because it's those 3 they just about always get new toys because their popular characters, plus for Starscream a proper Earth Jet mode version makes enough sense since the siege version is one of the few who are too Cybertronian to pass off as Earth vehicles.

I'm annoyed by Megatron just being Earth mode version of the Siege mold, at least Optimus does have some point since it's an actual Earth mode truck and comes with new things like a Matrix and a trailer, while Megatron is pretty much the same toy with a new alt mode.

Smokescreen I'm actually ok with since the Siege figure was a Selects figure and not a mainline figure, the Earthrise version is there for anyone who missed the Siege figure.

If Prowl and Bluestreak get Earthrise figures I personally hope their released in Selects or something.

I wouldn't mind a Blue Bluestreak...that would be nice

I think Prowl could be the Selects release this time but given there won't be an anniversary line, bluestreak might join him, or could end up an amazon exclusive

Just like with Skywarp and Thundercracker, I think it would be a colossal waste if Prowl and Bluestreak (and even Barricade) don't get a version with this mold in some form. Nobody is forcing those who wouldn't want them to buy them, but I'm probably more excited for this mold than the Siege mold, personally.

There was that list of rumors/listings that dropped right at the end of Toy Fair last week. One listing was "Clones 2-pack". I had the thought that that could be Prowl and Bluestreak. Even though technically they are brothers, not clones. Just a thought.

If they do do the other two bros. in this new mold, I really hope they consider doing a blue Bluestreak.

This may not seem like news to some, but Siege Omega Supreme is back in stock at BBTS for the normal retail price of $160 USD. (If Anyone knows a way to get it for a less expensive price please let me know) Unfortunately that is becoming a bargain as fewer sites have him, and those that do are jacking up the price. This is definitely the first Titan to do this, I've heard stories of $50 T30 Metroplex at Costco once upon a time, though I never saw it myself. CW Devastator had a price dip as well before it completley sold out. FortMax & Trypticon are still discounted fairly heavily, and Predaking was, but is now going back up to normal price as scarcity ensues. I guess Hasbro & TT are finally learning to produce in fewer numbers. I'd really like to pre-order ER Scorponok, but getting caught up on my wish list from the past two years has left me pretty drained financially.
Bucket/Want List: Botcon 2016 Customization Class Ratchet (G2 Deco), or Customization Class Ratchet (Marvel Comics Deco) **would also be willing to pay for an Unpainted Botcon 2016 Ratchet, TT Legends Fortress Head (only) with working Electronics

Wish List of Modern Combiners: Road Caesar, Monstructor & Dinoking (proper size to fiction), Landcross, Guard City, Battle Gaia, & G2 Defensor. Wish List of Titans:Metrotitan,Majin Zarak

I just went on and pulled the trigger. Omega went out if stock at places far, far quicker than any other Titan class I remember. I decided not to wait for an ollies sale.

So, thanks for the heads up.

Do me a favor and have a look at Omega Supreme's ankle tilts under the hood, I want to see if I'm right about something.

Also, Scorponok looks much more solid and robust than, say, T30 Metroplex. He's got a nice beefy torso (especially with the scorpion tail), reasonably thick legs, big strong arms, and feet that look plenty solid to those of us who can deal with the necessary-for-function gap at the ankle.
WANT:
* Cybertron Galvatron key, missiles

* RiD Galvy dragon head, beast arms
* DotM Ironhide windshield, R hood assy.

Aww, does someone have a crush? :x :x

Seriously, though, I feel the same way. I think Scorponok will be the best Titan yet. Even though I would give a lot to have a Scorpy and a Max who are comic-accurate, this Scorponok is a must have.

When and Where the Exclusive Transformers Netflix Series Figures will be Available in Australia

Postby william-james88 » Sat Feb 29, 2020 10:01 pm

Motto: "'till All Are One"
Thanks to Ozformers' Facebook page, we have information regarding the release of the exclusive figures for the Transformers Netflix series that is made up of repaints of Siege figures. There is also news for the releases of the bigger Earthrise toys.

Here is the quote:

"Thanks to Hasbro Australia, we are allowed to share with our fellow Australian Transformers fans, that the Netflix Generations toys that are going to be at Walmart in America this April will be at Kmart in Australia from June (for wave 1), and then the second wave will be during the second half of the year.
We also have some news we are allowed to share about the two big beasts of Earthrise - Skylynx will be released first at BigW for their June Toy Sale, and Scorponok will be released here, at around October."

I know, right?

Took a car mode comparison shot of the nominally-Cybertronian Sideswipe and Mirage from this line with some definitely-Earthly cars from other lines:

And while I had Jazz and Wheeljack out, I also got out my SIEGE Prowl and took this height comparison shot:
