The latter. CW Brawl was a dinky little thing, this Impactor is practically Voyager-sized, even taller than Ironhide.o.supreme wrote:Am I seeing similarities with CW Brawl in Impactor? , or is it just my imagination...

...how? He doesn’t transform or look anything like him in any way

Also, the instructions are wrong (gee, there's a shock) about Trypticon's purple cannon barrels. They should be extended in ship mode (to make the towers look more like guns). and collapsed in city mode.
I hope they do a bow battlemaster.
What, you don't want an oversized version of this?blackeyedprime wrote:Picking up impactor tho the autobot sybmbols in kind of a weird place and will be awkward looking when replaced with a sticker to keep all the autobot symbols red. Fingers crossed Hasbro doesnt just use a repaint for warpath.

I never saw an engine block look like that on a racecar, there is usually a bunch of space under the spoiler.

Well to be fair, aerodynamics don't seem to matter much on Cybertron. I think it's a good idea as far as transformation goes and implemented as well as that price point could allow. The spoiler bits do look cool on his shoulders though. I wonder if a few more moving parts could have put the arms behind or under the altmode with the spoiler clean and free on top?william-james88 wrote:I never saw an engine block look like that on a racecar, there is usually a bunch of space under the spoiler.ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:blackeyedprime, take into account that Mirage's forearms are supposed to be his engine block. I'm probably looking at it wrong but it seems the back wheels are inside the back of the torso and the arms would fold over the check, but that seems like it would put the spoiler facing the wrong way and the wrist cuff engine scoop inside out as well. You can see the front wheels and front spoiler inside the legs, but where does the white nose cone come from? I guess time will tellJelZe GoldRabbit wrote:From what I can tell, the legs form the whole front and middle (the spoiler folds into the legs), the chest forms the back end (Starscream style), and the lower arms form the engine block. The back spoiler also sits rather high for it to normally be effective... kinda like Energon Prowl:carytheone wrote:Well to be fair, aerodynamics don't seem to matter much on Cybertron.
