Found my third Refraktor at another local Walmart. Don't know why someone would leave one (the other was not present).

If there are two per case, there are going to be a LOT of folks leaving one behind, if they get their *third* as you did. Plus, crazy as this sounds, a lot of individuals, including kids, may want just one

Oh it’s a total drought up here, yikes. Can’t find a one.
Does anyone know if shipments for Target or WalMart are typically every week or...? I mean I’ve asked before but the poor folks as helpful as they try to be only ever seem to have a kind of nebulous answer like they don’t even know.
And as much as I want a Refraktor I’m seriously nerding out for a Brunt to complete Trypticon I can’t wait.

Has anyone with three Refraktors tried squeezing a satellite mode out of them? I saw the triple-ship fanmode, but I'm imagining something more like a spy satellite, using the shields as solar panels and the guns as sensor arrays.

Anyone else that is stuck in Canuckland starting to feel jaded at the prospect of most of these figures not making it here, except maybe Ratchet. Seems like Siege packs are going to be Target or Pulse exclusive. Only one I have a chance to get, so far, not counting aftermarket scalping, is Ratchet off EB games.

I am with you in the same frozen hearth and I am honestly not too worried.
We already have distributors for most of the exclusives.
Ages 3 and Up has us covered for the early generations selects line offerings.
EB games is where we will get Smokescreen and Ratchet.
Amazon.ca has greenlight and will have skywarp and that other siege multipack with g2 sideswipe.
As for almost all the others (shockwave and the seeker 3pack), the US is just as clueless as us.
The only one that the US was able to order and we werent is redwing but even they are having problems with that one now. I am sure we will find him at retail somewhere. Canada has been pretty good at hosting hasbro exclusives, better than the US at times.

Is Skywarp a Prime exclusive or just 'a boxset sold on Amazon'? Because no Seeker collection feels right without the main three. Especially not everyone's favorite stair-pushing prankster.

Dont know. But so far I dont think there was a prime exclusive that didnt end up being just a regular release on amazon anyway.
here is his listing by the way

sad one upmanship between collectors unfortunately doesn't help.
Just wait and save that extra $100 for your family, a charity or more toys![]()
There is this whole thing about being the first to review on youtube, generating income for them as well. So maybe the 100$ was worth it to them.
That race to first is no joke. My most viewed toy review by far (~4k) is the one I did for PotP Inferno, of all toys. Nobody else had bothered reviewing him at that point. It made my video the only port in a storm. Inversely, if I wait too long to drop a review, it'll get like two digit view counts. I'm low key envious of the reviewers that have the funds to pay outlandish scalper prices to obtain a toy early and put out the first review. Though, I hate scalpers, so I don't know if I would go that route anyway.

It’s just not working for me I can’t explain it. Like I want that axe to work but I’m not sold on it. I like the Prowl rifle better it gives me more of a G1 feel and the extra scope I mean that’s just fun.

If Hasbro released Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker in a 3-pack like that, but charged $120 or more for it, would you get the set? What about Prowl, Bluestreak and Smokescreen? Or Sideswipe, G2 Sideswipe and Red Alert?

No one knows on Skywarp since he hasn't even officially been revealed yet (I don't think) and barricade is a mainline release for wave 4 so you shouldn't expect to see him for a few months.

Hotlink
Bitstream
Red Wing
Acid Storm (4 million BC colors)
Unnamed purple and black generic Seeker
Unnamed black and while generic Seeker

The seekers, yes, if that was the only way to obtain them in a 3-pack with the premium about the cost of a 4th figure at retail. I presume for the deluxes you would mean to scale the price down to about $80, and that would be yes on the Datsun bros for sure, and probably on the lambos as well. At $120 for 3 deluxes, no way in hell.

Re: Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Discussion Thread
Since the Siege seeker mold has been the subject of discussion (due to the Rainmaker reveal) this got me thinking about it and its status as a 'shellformer'. And you know what? I'm fine with it because it works. Yes he's a shellformer but he's a GOOD SHELLFORMER. Why is he? Because the fact he even has said shell is not noticeable in robot mode. All the kibble that is formed from the shell is kibble which is SUPPOSED to be there on a Seeker.
So yeah. My final verdict on shellformers: as long as the shell form kibble which is supposed to be there....who cares?
