Which one?
Because I didn't find it on TFwiki.net

Same here

Which one?
Because I neither found it on TFwiki.net nor the general one.
carytheone wrote:It's nice to finally put my eyes on those box sides in black light. Unfortunately I remembered I tossed mine years ago after getting the figures. Didn't seem worth purchasing another and I was able to see the words and the hidden detail if the box was held at just the right angle (but not a right angle). I played the little game on Hasbro's website then tossed the boxes.
Thanks for posting those LP, I hope so see the rest.
I guess neither Autobots nor Decepticons use punctuation?![]()
How am I supposed to drink my ovaltine?

In which way? Front/back, left/right? I find the ankle tilts are pretty loosey goosey, but the front to back clicks in solidly. The one quirk I find that it takes a lot of pressure for one of the ankle tilts to click in for alt mode. Sometimes I don't think it will ever "click".Lunatic Prime wrote:Does anybody else have a loose (right) foot on their Megatron?
YEEEES! Darn it! I thought I broke something the first time I transformed him. I've later come to realize that there must be something wrong or warped with the molding of that black panel that should lock behind the tab. If I pry that panel out a little farther with my hobby knife it will lock, but I can't just do it manually with my hands like the left foot.Lunatic Prime wrote:Does anybody else have a loose (right) foot on their Megatron?

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
It pops off very easy.carytheone wrote:In which way? Front/back, left/right?Lunatic Prime wrote:Does anybody else have a loose (right) foot on their Megatron?
It's also the right one on mine.carytheone wrote:The one quirk I find that it takes a lot of pressure for one of the ankle tilts to click in for alt mode. Sometimes I don't think it will ever "click".

You are welcomeCobotron wrote:Ohhhh. I thought you meant loose in the joint for ankle tilt.
However, I just figured out a way to push on it in a certain place so that it does lock.
Well, at the least, thanks for bringing it up Lunatic P. Asking about it caused me to find a solution for my issue.
Then why did you get it?Hellscream9999 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:It pops off very easy.carytheone wrote:In which way? Same, I just kinda hate the mold in general
I think we're talking about the same thing. It does take a certain amount of pressure com just the right angle. I've found that if the heel spur is folded in and the toe is pointed it clicks in better. I've tried the alt mode with the ankles tilted in toward each other as well. No matter how you TF it, the back end of the tank just looks like legs.Cobotron wrote:Ohhhh. I thought you meant loose in the joint for ankle tilt.

I like mold just fine and it's one of the best Megatrons in it's class. Take that as you will. It does some neat things and that thigh twist and fold is fun to do in one smooth motion.
And LP, I've never had a foot pop off yet. I'm going go fondle Megs up real good and see what tolerances I can find.

While I like the design, and both modes, after now handling all of wave 1. I feel like Megs is the weakest. Every other figure has a degree of quality I feel has surpassed most of the Prime Wars Trilogy stuff, Megatron however feels like a RID '15 Warrior class toy. Now, I really enjoyed that line but the quality was weak. Megs feels hollow and flimsy. I pick up Prime and I know he's in my hand. I pick up Megs, and I have to double check to make sure I got'm!Hellscream9999 wrote:Lunatic Prime wrote:Then why did you get it?Hellscream9999 wrote:Same, I just kinda hate the mold in general
I didn't know about it's issues until after I got it open, it's weirdly flimsy and thin, nothing locks together for his neck, and the stupid detents in his elbows really hamper his poseability;
It looks great, does clever things with it's transformation, has awesome weapons, but it's held back by the baffling design choices they went with on the figure

I also realized while inspecting the tilt issue that his feet slide off real easy. I wonder if you spread that split tension peg's tines apart a bit, if it would increase the tension?
I'm glad you asked. I meant to say in that last post, I actually prefer TR Voyager Megs over this Siege toy. I know a lot of folks had issues with him, but I thought TR Megs was great. Liked him better than Blitzwing believe it or not.william-james88 wrote:Thats a pretty good assessment. But is this a better G1 megs than the TR or Classics one?

I hadn't really thought to compare Siege Megs to Classics. To me Classics toys by now are kind of in a league of their own. The league of, "they just don't make 'em like that anymore". Out of the 3 you mentioned, I think Classics is still the superior toy.
