I'm only interested in Nova Prime, so I know where these threads are. No idea about anything else.

Hmm. That has a marginally pleasant appearance to it.

Scrolling down and seeing the first two images I thought 'yeah, yeah. Seen them before.' But then bang! A cascade of awesomeness.

I do really like the looks of this. Yes, it's more of an original design than MakeToys but it looks very boss in it's own right. The completely original base figure and more wingly looking wings and a pretty accurate Star Sabre are all pluses. Not to mention that the truck mode is very Cybertronian in appearance. And is that meant to be some kind of Iron Man-like armour mounting station for the base figure or simply how the trailer breaks apart?

Flippin' 'eck, Mastermind! Do you have to lock horns with everyone? You don't make things easy for an impoverished collector like myself.

Oh definitely! The design looks amazing, and I will be following with interest, but I have MT's Fallen, and would like to keep the aesthetic coherence.

As for the trailer/armour, it might be both! The trailer deploys like we see in the image, and becomes a mounting station.

I will be following with a lot of interest.

Ok first things first: So it was Nova Prime on that pic.

Secondly, another one and damn it's even less comic accurate.

This looks so fantastic and amazing, and I just love LOVE what I believe is the trailer splitting up into armor and a station that holds the armor. :APPLAUSE:

They need to release a version in Iron Man colours.

Overall, I really like the style. Wish the wings were a little less angelic and more irregular shaped like the comic.

MMC needs to go through with these guys. Seraph will make an excellent addition to my shelf, and will also be my very first 3rd party figure, and the repaint will make a very nice Scourge.

Seeing how Scourge is basically Nemesis Prime that's the point of that repaint. Since Nova Prime is idw's Nemesis Prime, even taking the name once he changes his colours to black and such.

but I'm also buying the Maketoys stuff. maybe I'll do Maketoy's Nemesis. and buy MMC's Nova. but wow this cant come out soon enough, but sadly it'll probably be over a year before this gets made. MMC still have to finish their Predaking before this gets their production attention.

FYI: This is green lit. We are just awaiting from MMC about the release schedule and pricing. This would probably be in the same range as Hexatron. :grin:

this will come out before the Feral Rex? what? haha MMC has gone from telling everyone everything they're doing to FP where they drop pics prototypes and then preorders? that's cool the sooner I get this the better =]

It just means that MMC will be producing it. As to when, we still don't know as they still have tons of projects in the pipeline.

All 6 Ferocicons, the Fembots, Perceptor... and that's just what they've been up front about. I'll probably pick this guy up when he's available, but I can wait while picking up all these other exciting products.

For some reason I thought this was meant to be Prima when we first heard about it. Armor looks good. I agree that it's a bit of a departure from the source but damn does it look good. I don't know if I want it to be as big as Hexatron though.

Honestly, looking at the inner robot, that does look more like Prima than it does Nova Prime.

I think its that plus the sword and I think at the time we were getting first looks at the official form of Prima for the aligned continuity and it all just sorta went together. This design does keep some of that "organic shape" look to it as Prima has as well.

This project IS still happening though, do not worry. But we think you'll happen to love our upcoming figures, we do pay attention here. We will provide information as it becomes available.

Looks like MMC is putting this in the back-burner for now.

Well that sucks. This one was looking to be my Nova of choice as well. But to be honest, with Feral Rex and the fembots in the line-up, I wasn't expecting Seraph to jump the queue.
