Ok, granted I've only spent about 20 minutes with OP yesterday. Didn't have much time yesterday, hope to today, but I found those directions completly confusing for lack of a better word. Is anyone else having difficulty transforming him, or am I just a retard? :-)

Any tips for deciphering those directions? I find the first 3 or 4 steps the worst (after I lock the head down). Just cant seem to see how to do it.

It's not just you, and I think part of it is due to the Automorph feature... the instructions don't make it real clear what you're supposed to move, and what moves on its own.

Basically, what you're doing in those first steps are pulling appart the two wheel section on the back of his legs, which forms the back of the truck, from the one wheel, that becomes the first. Where it gets confusing, in my mind, was that you're pivoting the lower torso down, then moving the legs back into the position they were in before, etc. Plus some of the movements are so subtle, it's a little hard to pick up exactly what you're doing with each step. It helps to kinda play around with the figure, and see how the pieces move. That's what I had to do, anyway.

One thing that might help is checking out the "action theatre" on the Hasbro web site. Because I'm a little worried my description made it more confusing, rather than less. The Leader class gallery on the web site might be helpful. I know I've leaned on it a number of times to get Alternator arms and legs where they should be.

Ha you think those are F-ed up? Wait til you get Megatron. Might as well be in japanese.
