That would be the Toys R' US Exclusive Voyager Starscream in Thrust colors.
Hasbro, decided that the Voyager Sized Starscream would only be available in that two pack, and in those colors. Since the Supreme version got the mass retail release.
Why they did it I think we'll ever know. I would have so picked up that mold in that size as opposed to Supreme.
But the 2 pack is worth it just for Voyager Starscream.
Best Mold in that line.
And yes Vector Prime does come with his Minicon partner, you can see it right there in the package, between SS and Vector.

In Cybertron Starscream was supreme, not leader class.

I have that figure and it's pretty sweet. I also have the Galaxy force figure which is in the cartoon colours. All in all, Galaxy force is one of my favourite starscream molds.

Would you pay about $2 with $35 shipping?
That's the current auction price.
I'd definitely prefer him in this scale over the ginormous screamer they put out.

About this much the last time this seller sold it:

They were on clearance about 2 years ago for $40 CAD I believe. Not a bad appreciation in value in such a short time. SS was the best mould in the line and this colour is just beautiful on him hence the price and demand for him. And yes VP is not a bad figure too

yeah, the colours on that fig is pretty nice. I do rather like the deep reds.

So what was the SRP of this, forty? So... Considering that it was an exclusive, and the amount of time Cybertron figures have been off the shelf, and the fact that I'd go after one that's MISB, what do you reckon would be "fair" if I were to find this thing on Ebay? SRP +$10 plus (reasonable) shipping sounds like a good stopping point.
Only problem is I just the Starscream in that there pack. I don't much care for the Vector Prime; not that I dislike him, its just I have Takara's release. I'm not opposed to repaints, but my inner self is struggling with whether or not Takara's release and Hasbro's release of Vector Prime were different enough from each other to warrant having both...

I think you'd be better off just getting the galaxy Force Starscream.
I paid about $28 for mine, shipped. I would think you can still get them relatively inexpensive.
And I think the the GF version colors are much better.
