Megatron is coming out on 16th March, so you have 45 days for t to arrive. Plenty of time.
Also, we may be in luck, since he is oversized, he may avoid any legal problems.

Does anyone know yet whether Megatron will be packaged in alt or robot mode? I would have thought that if the figure is in his robot form that there would be no issue to import him?
In any case, that news does suck.

I just ordered mine from Xybertoys, they say they'll partially transform him and repack it if there's likely to be problems.
