Hi folks,
Made it to Asda morley Tuesday Night, 2 Generations figures in, WFC-OP & Drift £12.97. NEST Brawn, Ratchet & Sideswipe £11.00, they seem to have restocked ROTF scouts as scattorshot & skystalker(?) are there.
Left with WFC-OP despite having a pre-order for Star Action Figures restock when Megatron arrives. Seriously considered Brawn and Drift (no space for them but hey!) it's kids birthdays aplenty so the toy spend was already massive.
Also scored anothe ranimated bumblebee on ebay for £3.00 inc postage, missing one turbo booster but this ones for Mini-collider.
Mrs Collider is pregnant again
and it's another boy
so I've decided that he'll have to be called Micro-Collider.

Well, I saw a sealed box of generations in smyths (in londonderry) but i got the shop assisstant to open it and bought drift (finnally!!!), battle ops bumblebee and activators megs/bb/op. Also, leader megs/jetfire/op are £24.99
Also, in asda scouts are now £3.96, so I got sky stalker.
That was when I was on holiday, where i live all we have is stalker skorponok, swerve, skids, mudflap and wave 1 scouts and the occassional scout from sky stalkers wave. Also, old leaders (megs/jrtfire/op) and devestator.
Worst place for transformers ever, only good bargin I got was mp skywarp for £29.99, the next day it went down to £19.99

Nothing in Asda Stockport last week when i last went. However if you want to travel a little bit further.
Asda Trafford park and Eastlands have generations. Not sure about prime though as i only saw Drift and thrust in each store.

not to worry, my nearest ASDA super centre in Ellesmere Port had prime, bee, thrust and drift today. I got drift last month from Kapow, and OP was the only other figure i THOUGHT I wanted. Having got home im regretting not getting Thrust though

If you have the other Seekers, then get Thrust. if not don't bother as it will cost way too much to get them now. He doesn't appear to be repacked into any future waves either.

I went on a Thrust hunt today, on foot and all within two (2) miles (miles) of Hasbro's 'distribution centre'. The results...
Asda - some Legends repaints
T K Maxx - TF Risk (got a nice chopping knife though)
Buyology - Animated deluxes £3.99 - 20 Swoops (already got one) and five Sentinel Primes (nah ta)
Home bargains - Superion and the Whirl/Bludgeon thing, also some keyrings
BM Bargains - Optimus Prime Birthday card
LIDL - Whiskey, vodka, white rum, butternut squash, bacon, ice-lollies, tomato juice, pickled gherkins
So you **** ain't got **** to bitch about, I'll be lucky if I ever feel a Thrust.
That sounded wrong but you know...

i sold ramjet pretty cheap back in the day because i thought i'd never own the rest of the cone heads =(
although i still pretty like the ganbo exclusives, but it would be cheaper if i just got the regular cone heads

i personally don't see it flying off the shelves like it has in yankland, it'll be like prime and float around for a bit

I didn't. I really wanted to though... But there's a lot going on in my life at the moment.
I know I know... More excuses...
But! I am... Extremely happy right now. So, not going to AA really doesn't seem to matter very much at the moment! X3

Half way through my down-sizing sale and now I'm wondering, should I sell my Animated collection? I'm leaning towards yes, but I'm wondering if I'll be able to make much cash back from them and how hard it'll be to sell them all off...

haaaa animated, wat a pile of doo doo, i pretty much for seen this
nah but honestly i would wait, animated are still easy to come by at the moment, and as the cartoon is ending there maybe someone down the line (2-3years time) who falls in love with it and the price will probably will go up (not significantly but you probs make more than you would now) but the best thing to do is check ebay, see the going rate of certain figures and what sells and which figures are the proverbial legends megatron of your sales thread
if you don't need the money don't sell ya self short
hope that helps dude
