CC, I'm still up for going halves with you on the Tracks stickers, but not bothered if you get a better offer. I'm wanting Tracks flames, Hot Rod's flames (the Challenge at Cybertron version's ones aren't doing it for me) and some faction symbols to start with.

C_c said rts is main line stuff (that's good) but generations can't be if they've cancelled it for us... It's good to hear these lines will continue thru the movie. I can't wait for shops to be heaving with tfs again.

It'll be nice to see tfs filling the stores again, but I won't be buying any of em. Generations/RTS are spoken for online, and I don't wanna buy more movie stuff.

HOWEVER, I shall be hunting for MP Rodimus! I hope he's £50 and not the silly £60 they charged for Grimlock...

does any body have any parts/stickers they would be willing to sell relatively cheaply from g1 metroplex?
his legs would be a little bit helpful... :oops:

anyone else get the Happy New Year email from Kapow? It mentions a delivery of FansProject that was received (by them) before Christmas and is now sent out (to us). Protector? It'd be a good day if I got that and my other order all at once.

Andy (the owner) is a regular in tfw's UK thread, should go chat with him and the lovely folk there!

I believe they're planning a special UK fan day for late January at the shop, apparently it's fantastic! Too far from me though, and I'll be in the labs training for assistant duty

Protector and Tomahawk came today! Fantastic figures, very happy with both. That's Rotorstorm sorted for my Wreckers squad, and now my G1 season 3 cast is that much closer to being complete! When I get Kup, Perceptor and Wreck Gar, I think I'll be pretty much done with season 3 autobots.

Unless a better-than-energon Omega Supreme comes out

i forgot to mention on monday i got leadfoot in smyths for £6.99 and the rotf brawn i ordered came yesterday, they're both great figures!
now just waiting for my jazz from america...

a transfan meet up in norwich sounds good...it's my birthday late january so that would be good to go to, but it is quite far away to me, but i've got relatives there so i could stay with them. i dunno

everything gets repainted eventually

plus there a small company so they need to milk the mold as much as they can, i think the only fp item not to be retooled/repainted is the G3 trailer

Yes that's the way to think about it. The sales from these repaints will help FP make a nice little cash stash with which to produce their future projects. Fingers crossed Broadside is the next Warbot!

The Swindle repaint makes me think of Alternators Rollbar, and the other one Movar from RiD. Very nicely done, but not needed by me. The insecticons are very nice looking, but I'm a 'bot kinda guy so I don't need em either.

I think TF3 Megatron looks pretty cool, and a way better design than the last two movies. I hope the leader class version carries the style over well, and I'm sure the new CGI model will look great.
