So the weirdest thing happened today. I went to the post office in the next village over to send some ebay items and I was chatting to the old guy who runs the post office and he asked what I'd sold on ebay. I said 'just my collection of transformers' and he was like 'oh, I used to work for Hasbro when the transformers first came out'. Me -> :shock:

He was telling me how he used to work in the toy development dept and how they used to just throw away TFs by the thousands. Me -> :sad:

I had an enlightening afternoon.

Had a wonderful day out with Gen in York last weekend. Went to the National Rail Museum and seeing the sheer scale of the bullet train there had me getting JRX down off the shelf for some fiddling. Hadn't messed about with my favourite combiner in ages and have fallen in love with those trains all over again. Might take JRX and Henkei Astrotrain with me next time to get some pictures with their 'big brother'.

Any of you insane lot play the wonderfully addicting (Or social life destroying, pick your poison on that one) Minecraft? I just bought it on friday thats all and I really can't stop playing...

I think it's because it's a more relaxed, layed back game than most other games on the market, if you can get past the graphics then it's pretty good because, not everything is about graphics and personally I think the blocky textures are cute

But thats just me of course

I wasn't there but Mrs O picked up Chopsaw, Sunspot and Firetrap just in case I wanted them, dear heart. Tracks and Jazz were also present but she knew I had them already. The idea was to return them for a refund if I didn't want them but I thought selling them on would be more profitable, then I remembered that I don't really care for profit and the prospect of three figures to open later has Brought back all those glowy feelings. Happy days folks!

Just picked up RTS Jazz & tracks at Tesco for £6.49 each!

For everyone who missed out on United versions this is an offer too good to miss. I'll get reprolabels instead.

Also done the simple Jazz chest mod with a few drops of glue on the chest hinges and now super tight and chest locks in place. SWEEEEEEEET!

Thanks for the tip. My local store hadn't marked down the shelf tags but a quick price check confirmed that the deluxes were going through at £6.49. I'd probably have picked up Outback anyway so I've essentially got myself a free Mindset. One for the Classics shelf, one for the movie shelf methinks.
