good call rodimus.
oh yeah, independent shops like comic shops and forbidden planet are a safe bet as they can order things through from US wholesalers and other channels like diamond distribution.

more than get it, I realise that the other half of the battle is 25% blue lasers and 25% red lasers.

I still don't have any PCCs, but I did pick up Skullgrin at Kapow! this weekend. Got him out the packaging last night and he's a class TF. I never got Straxus, as I prefer the colours on this one, and really wanted another guy to add to my not-Pretenders line-up. (Hurry up with the Blood Dark Warrior head please Headrobots!) Complicated, but not too difficult transformation, a nice tank mode and an imposing and poseable robot mode. Can't go wrong with that. If Galvatron had been half as good as this toy we'd be singing his praises. :( Oh well. Skullgrin's clip-on weapons are fantastic too, he's a great addition to my Cybertron Gladiators collection as well (not sure he's ever been represented as one, but he'd sure fit in the area with Grimlock, Megatron, etc)
assembling a Neo-G1/TF:TM cast. Please PM if you have (or know of) the following at a reasonable price: Classics or Henkei Astrotrain, Sunstreaker, Sideswipe, or 3rd Party iGear Ratchet and Ironhide.
Also looking for Universe Repugnus and Overbite, Frostbite and Longhorn and any Webdiver toys.

straxus is good but i got him for the marvel character factor. skullgrin's cool i like the colours, but i got straxus first, so i won't be hunting for skullgrin

And there was me thinking I was being all clever! And old. Oh to be young(er) again!

Where is Kapow! I assume from what was written its a store rather than the website? Has anybody got a RTS Strafe yet? I really like the look of him and missed out on mindwipe, but wondered if he was as good as I think he will be!

If anyone is interested in buying a Cybertron Optimus Prime or Cybertron Menasor PM me. Trying to thin out the herd a little and create more shelf space!

oops yeah it was the comic con I was at, not the Kapow Toys store. Toyz and Games were there and had some good offerings, but I got my Skullgrin at the next stall, as it was only £9 compared to T&Gs £15. Considering that 2 drinks at the Hilton were £11 I had to save all the money I could.

Heres a few things Ive got over the last few days:
e-hobby autobot 3 pack
Grimstone
Heavytread
Undertow
Skyhammer

No more PCC's for me now as everything else is a repain/repackage!

Heres a few crappy quality pics i took of the E-hobby stuff, I only have a iphone 3G so hence crappy quality.

In the last photo I havent broken Scrapheap, if you look at wreck-gar youll see the front wheel was made to be able to do that to get it positioned up on the sholder like the Gen 1 toy, it also gets the wheel out of the way for guns/swords/maces :)

Right time to go see if I'm getting dumped today, enjoy guys and gals.

yea sometimes i position the wheel piece so the grey bt is like a mini shoulder cannon.
works quite well sometimes.

am i the only one who gets stress marks on wreck-gars hands if you have him hold the axe further up than the very end like neurie has it?

Mine has that too, you get it even by just holding it by the end piece.

Also check out the sholder ball joines, you'll see stress marks there on Wreck-Gars too, particularlyl the right hand side one on the toy, left if your looking at it in front of you.

I usually stow the axe/mace either on his leg or on the accesory plug on Wreck-gars/Scraphead back now.

Scraphead has all the same problems as Wreckgar including the super tight right hand shoulder and hands that get stress marks.

Rodimus is a nice deep blue with only a few pieces of green/teal(fins and accents on chest and forearms).

Didnt bother with the other versions of Kup so Im happy with the battle damaged anime coloured version.

Just a heads up guys, for anyone still hankering for Generations Warpath, wheeljack etc etc from the newest wave.

A member called gtf316 over at tfw2005 has just ordered another case of 8 in, and he only needs a warpath and a scourge from the case.

So hurry your asses up and get over there, join and PM him if you want something from the case!

Just got Gen Scourge through the post and I'm beyond disappointed. For starters there was no landing gear in vehicle mode, simply just didn't get added. However this doesn't really matter now as I'll probably not get it back into plane mode due to the fact that the right shoulder thruster is completely screwed and I had to take a knife to it.

Whoever let this thing through quality control needs a damn good fisting in their eye sockets. :-x

For those south of London, Toys R Us in Croydon had a small army of RTS Lugnuts and 1 Grapple, which is now a slightly smaller army of Lugnuts and no Grapples ;) . Literally nothing else in store.

Thank god I can pass on the DOTM stuff coming up as this months Generations/RTS/Masterpiece deluge has given my wallet a breakdown.

he does have landing gear, see the 2 rows of 3 circles on his underside? theyre wheels flip em down. see the notch under the bit that flips up for his head, flip a bit down there and a wheel comes down.
