1986 annual? Which I did have, but appear to have lost. It used to be on top of the fitted wardrobe at our old house and...bugger!
EDIT: It was actually the '87 annual...

From TFwiki...
Synopsis
Millions of years ago on Cybertron, the Autobot called Divebomb was beaten in combat by a Deception whose real name he never learned; the Decepticon then stole his name.
In an attempt to regain his name and his honour Divebomb disobeyed orders and went hunting for the Decepticon. He eventually found him deep in enemy territory and engaged him in battle. Unfortunately he was again defeated and would have been killed if it had not been for Optimus Prime, who had followed him and drove the Decepticon off. As he hated Prime, this simply made Divebomb’s shame even worse.
In the present day, Divebomb, now known as Swoop, discovers that the Decepticon who stole his name has arrived on Earth as part of the Predacon team. Having lied to the other Dinobots by telling them he beat Divebomb last time, he sets off to defeat him once and for all.

I take it you know why that name and those colours go together?
I got the annual one christmas and still have it. I look after my things but it's very worn.

There is a possibility they may not arrive at all.
I'm looking into it, and will confirm once I hear back from Hasbro again.

Considering I don't collect Beast Hunters and things like that, I am very limited right now.
I heard that FOC Kickback was found in some TRU . Is it right ?

I can't remember Kickback himself, but my TRU did have that wave of FOC stuff, I remember seeing Magnus, Shockwave and Red M&M...I mean Sideswipe last month or so.
was at a comic-con yesterday, and Forbidden Planet in Edinburgh. Bugger all in the way of TFs really.
I mean FP had some, but it wasn't anything I'd not seen in Home Bargains for less than half the price.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
kinda looking forward to the Movie Generations. The Dinos will be great repurpose fodder and look like a lot of fun. Still not sold on Crosshairs. Maybe if there's a 3 for 2 offer on or something. The Voyagers both look not bad actually. Not sure about Prime because well, he's still very Movie in bot mode, but I'll wait and see him in person. Grimlock's Voyager looks pretty decent in both modes. Shame about the weapon not being the best for posing with but I've got a bunch of other things he can wield. Oh, and there's a Bee.

Yeah, those are the ones I have news about, that I'm trying to confirm as true or false.
The rumour so far is that they will not be carried in the UK, and we'll only get the Robots in Disguise sub-line (the simpler stuff). The source is very reliable, but still want a second opinion.

Re: United Kingdom Transformers sightings
My local asda seems to be clearing out a lot of their transformers stock. BH deluxes are 4.75, commanders 3.50 and legions are 2.00. Also construct-bots were down from 11.00 to 5.50. My local store had largely been cleared out though.
Perhaps making way for new Transformers toys?...

I just picked up the simplified Twinstrike and Windrazor from Toys R Us in Poole. They are in the Buy one get one half offer so that was a bonus, still think the are cheaper at Home Bargains, but oh well. The also had Smokescreen and Bee but I passed on them for now, maybe after payday.
They didn't have anything else much news worthy but they did have a few Prowls and Nightstrike Bee's, Kinda wish I had picked up the Black Bee but I'm sure I'll see it again somewhere. Would have picked up a couple of Prowls as I know some people have been after them, but unfortunately April has not been kind to my wallet.
Vaal: Are you inferring that we aren't getting the Generations range of AoE figures? Or some of the other Generations ranges that we only ever seem to get half of anyway?

The last time I was in TRU I noticed they had upper the price of the generations deluxes and voyagers by £1. I bet this is a sneaky pre-movie move due to them now being exclusive.

It's a little bit sucky (is that even a word?) if they are TRU exclusives but its not the end of the world.

Thanks Va'al. To be honest all I really want from this line is the Dino's and Evasion Optimus (provided we get a decent paint job), all the rest are meh.

I'll probably try and get the dinos. might just wait for any of the others to go cheap online or turn up at home bargains or the like because TRU can't shift the metric ton of Bees still on the shelves from the last film

Yeah, reinforcing the beasties shelf with dinoknights is a good plan right now.
Even Voyager Grimlock looks good enough to deserve some shelf love!
Actually really looking forward to seeing Strafe and Slash in hand, too.

Nope, that's the one I'm hunting down now! But knowing Hasbro UK, they'll bundle them all under Generations, meaning all of the upcoming figures other than the simplified ones will be TRU exclusives.
But I'll let you know as soon as I find out!
