I popped into forbidden planet in manchester today and while there was no transformers generations fall of cybertron figures they did have the new 2014 voyager optimus prime and predaking for £26 each so i grabbed them both and i just looovvee this version of predaking he feels more sturdy and less wobbly unlike the previous voyager version

Sainsburys Lisburn have Commanders, Deluxes and Voyagers at half price or better. Picked up upscaled Voyager Prime for £11.49, wouldn't have touched him otherwise. From a few other guys I've talked to, it doesn't seem that all Sainsburys have this offer on.

Found some more Botshots at TKmaxx, but not the set clear Jazz 3pk I'm after
Also got the Cyberverse Energon driller Hunter Bumble Bee

So I'm hoping you guys could help me out with a bit of advice. I realise this isn't the correct thread for this but my wife has suggested I start my own business selling toys online. Apparently through her own growing clothing business she has several wholesalers contacts who could get me transformers stock amongst others cheaply. For example I would be able to sell a US version of titan metroplex for £80. Basically I was hoping to gather opinions and see if anyone had any advice or suggestions?

Do it! The more UK importers the better imo! It'd be nice if someone could focus on those toys that either don't get a UK release, or get a gimped release á la Metroplex.

Also saw (and bought) Waspinator finally in FP London. They also had Goldfire and Dreadwing, but no Skids. US versions with comics. Almost bought FOC Jazz too.

Cool find. I need to get skids, his idw character is just awesome! The wife has set me up a Facebook book page for my 'business'! She even suggested hitting a few car boots next week to get some initial stock until I can buy in the new stuff. If it all starts to take off I might need a dealer table at AA! Might even have to give all of you lot a discount!

Sounds a really good idea dude and I for one can vouch for you as a great seller!

I think you are onto a good thing mate and if you need any help / support with building a site for your selling or what not, give me a shout.

On the sightings front, Local Sainsburys has nothing new and the MEGA VOYAGERS are still full whack... I'll pick them up when they are cheaper. Tesco's in Hastings had nothing new or remotely interesting and Toys R Us Medway had.... Nothing new or remotely interesting.

The annoying thing is its my birthday tomorrow and the Mrs was actively trying to buy me things!

I think... Scarily enough... I will have no birthday transformers.

Im going to toys r us in bolton in around 2 hrs time hoping i mean really hoping that they will have new figures in hopefully some foc ones and since that there will be no cyberverse figures for age of extinction ill see if i can get a few more beast hunter ones as they are pretty neat figures

A shame that they only did 4 weaponizers in the TFP series as i felt they could have done the same to more characters from the show but oh well although technically the 30th anniversary ultra magnus could be classified as a weaponizer figure as its virtually in the same mode as optimus prime

Just been to the toys r us store in warrington and although they had nothing new foc and beast hunters wise they had 2 metroplex's some year of the horse optimus primes and supreme starscreams but i passed on them as i found/bought some other interesting things inside the store

If anyone is still after Beast Hunters Shockwave, Amazon UK is selling the Japanese version with the almost acceptable black crab bits for £28 free shipping. Also the Japanese set of four FOC Autobot cassette/discs for fifteen.

weird but kinda cool. I'm not sure I need Shockwave that much but I might have to keep my eyes open for other Japanese versions of figures on Amazon

I've never seen one in store. Apparently they showed up in Home Bargains and B+M but I never saw any. I eventually opted to get them off of ebay. Think I paid around £15 for it. there is some one selling the Beast Hunters Trailbreaker and Windcharger sets on there for £5.99 each at the moment as well.

was at TRU today. load of crap. nothing new, barely a decent selection of what they did have which was all overpriced and neutered (no comics for the comic packs, thanks Obama!) and Tesco wasn't any better.

well, they did have TMNT Classics Bebop and Rocksteady, and curiously loads of the 3 Turtles in every shape and form except from Raphael. There was hardly any Raphael. Are we in the pre-Raphaelite era?

I went to 2 different toys r us stores today first up at the one in manchester i bought kre-o transformers prowl which was the last one in stock also on the shelves was the new simplified deluxe versions of bumblebee, smokescreen and windrazor but i passed on them as they dont interest me at the moment

next up i visited the toys r us in warrington in which i picked up year of the horse supreme starscream and construct bot starscream also in in stock interstingly enough was DotM cyberverse mobile battle bunker bumblebee, orbital assault carrier starscream and lastly blastwave base megatron so i quickly snagged all 3 before i regret it unfortunately there was no sign of optimus prime armoured weapons platform so a pretty good day for my collection

Awww im sooo gutted when i got home and opened my supreme starscream i discovered some of the red metallic paint on the upper thighs worn off which sucks big time so i have contacted hasbro hoping a replacement can be made im still waiting for the reply i have taken some photos as proof

Can't you take it back to the shop? That would be my first stop as you bought from them.

Just checked on TRU website and although both are listed neither are in stock.

Picked up the simplified Voyager Predaking figure from my local leeds tesco yesterday. They also had OP but passed on him. Predaking is well worth the money and definitely recommended. Has anyone seen deluxe Twinstrike yet? I need that figure!

Toy seller idea on hold for the moment while I figure out the financial side of things. I will keep you posted!
