I CAN see it happening, but I get the feeling those would show up around Q4 in time for Christmas. It could make sense, as they'd undoubtedly be a big ticket item.

Or maybe I just like to imagine an entire new generation of TF fans waking up Christmas morning to Superion and Menasor gift-sets like some of us did. That'd be pretty cool.

My guess would also be a Christmas release for gift sets like that plus of course their G2 colours...

On a different note, does anyone think it will be likely that the supermarkets will get CW stuff in?

I just bought one using nothing but air and memories of money... hopefully my bank will see I get paid in 2 days and be slightly lenient on me.

I didn't even buy him for me. I am on a mission to buy my best mate the most awesome birthday and Christmas gifts. I'm not even sure why. But yeah £30 for a MP Grimlock is a no brainer. If there happen to still be some on Thursday I will get another for myself to keep in box.

I've got one ordered too. Last time I ordered from TRU both items were damaged ( one was open ) and so I had to get them swapped in store.

so impatience got the better of me. With the never ending wait for Leader Megatron and wave 2 Stunticons to come into stock from Kapow Toys. I was in Liverpool on Friday and in the Liverpool One Toys R Us store they had both voyager Optimus and Silverbolt, as well as all 4 deluxes, I decided to buy firefly/flight, just to see if I want the Aerielbots, and yep, I do! Firefly is awesome, picked him up over the others as I felt he looked coolest.

Went back on Monday to potentially pick up Silverbolt, Skydive and Alpha Bravo but they only had 2 Silverbolts left and no deluxes apart from 1 Drag Strip whose box was badly beaten up (Already have Drag Strip) picked up Silverbolt and hoping to head over to Warrington Toys R Us tomorrow to see what they have? Anyone been to the Warrington store recently? Is it worth a trip, i mean do they even have Combiner Wars stuff in yet, or would it just be an expensive bus journey/time wasted to check?

Also bought a classics Sunstreaker off of Ebay last week for £17 complete and good condition, bought on a whim, really impressed with him, though the roof on his chest seems slightly too big but meh, I've gotten used to it

So managed to pick up the deluxe aerialbots. My word, they are really good fun. And even missing an arm, Superion is the bees knees. Also got Toyworld Fortress today, so I'm pretty much spent up till AA except for Air Raid and Bombshell.

I did have more to say, but I lost the post and I forget what I wrote.

Thanks Blast Cannon, decided it'd be worth the trip since you said you'd spotted them there. Now have Skydive and Alpha Bravo in hand, they had a few left of all deluxes, about 4/5 Optimus's, no Silverbolts from what I could tell, and no Legends either, though it was literally a quick pop in/pop out scenario so I didn't get a chance to check the front of the store where they sometimes put new stock out (they'd closed the main door for repair work so had to enter through the other side) kind of want Bombshell but that'll be a get it if I see it situation rather than hunt it down.

Skydive and Alpha Bravo are awesome, but not as impressive as Superion himself (even if he is incomplete)

Found out yesterday via Ramrider, that Sainsbury's have RiD Warriors on offer of 2 for £20!

So a trip to the toys r us in teesside park. They had plenty of sunstorms left (at least eight) still £40. Had all the RiD stuff, the new cyberverse stuff (can't remember the new name for the size class) and the warriors.

Combiner Wars however, their stock had taken a massive blow as there was only drag strip and alpha Bravo left for the deluxes though both the voyagers were there. They also had enough stomp and chomp grimlock to fill an aisle. ..which it did even for its price (under £50). No one wants them apparently

Kapow have put up Takara's Superion for £89.99, just a few quid less than it is to buy the Hasbro 5 figures in the shops!

I'm actually a little gutted at that, especially since I have Drag Strip already and Takara will likely do a more accurate with Menasor with Wildrider and slightly better paint apps.

I still like Alpha Bravo, and Offroad I like to look of too, so I don't mind still having them as extra members of the team, but now I'm concerned that it's going to cost good money to get hold of Slingshot and the inevitable Wildrider.

Edit: Kapow have commened on their FB page that Hasbro has a Slingshot on the horizon, so it sounds like they could be getting him in hopefully. I'm cool with that, especially since I prefer Hasbro's black hands/feet to Takara's white ones. Also, Hasbro's Silverbolt looks better, IMO.

Curses I was pipped to the post about the 2 for £20 at Sainsbo's news! I bought Grimlock and Strong arm - wasn't too impressed to be honest, wish I had stuck to my "skipping the RiD line" Plan. However I am never one to turn down a bargain so bought Bee and the Decepticon wolfy dude as well yesterday lol

However in related (an possibly more exciting?) news... My local Sainsburys had some shelf layout sheets dotted around the shelves in the toy department yesterday showing staff where to put toys. On the TF shelves they had listings for all the new RID stuff as well as Generations Deluxe and Legends.

I only point this out because, as evidenced by the RID offer, Sainsburys quite often do some pretty good toy offers so it might be a good way to get hold of CW stuff - Also Sainsburys were one of the very few places I ever saw Beast Hunters Sharkticon Megatron.

In other sightings news... Toys R Us Thurrock had a ton of CW stuff, All deluxe and Voyager annoyingly. They also had a boatload of Sunstorms and even some Platinum MP Prime.

Smyths Thurrock had CW deuxe, voyager and Legends. They had Powerglide, Bombshell and Windcharger. I say had, because I bought them lol
