i was just sayin that if this is the biggest tf fan site, and i appear to be the only arty one out of us handful of dedicated uk transfans, then that must mean there arent any better artists otherwise theyd be on here. if they were dedicated fans like us.and deserved the title.

exactly, so why not do some drawings and post em on here? i've shared and i think it's time you guys did. it doesnt matter if you think you cant draw, cos everyone can, there are no rules in art. just have fun doin it and remember to show someone your work, cos you never know electron, you could be the next Don!

I threw my poop at a wall once and it made a shape that looked kind of like a car, does that count? 8-}

Just kidding, I can draw but have been suffering from artists block for ages. I remember My dad drew me a pretty cool Magnaboss pic ages ago, hopefully art runs in the family.

The only ones that interest me were Jazz, Tracks and Lugnut. but I think reprolabels will sort out my RTS Jazz and Tracks.

although i haven't read the book of primus i'm pretty sure optimus + starscream does not = thundercracker

Boys and Girls,

The RTS and/or wave3/4 HFTD scouts (depending on how you're grouping them) are now out in the UK. I bagged me a Windcharger from the Tesco Extra in Wembley on the way home from work last night, definatley Euro-stock too, so hopefully widspread sightings ahoy

Hey guys, been a while.

Just got moved into my new flat, despite a few problems with furniture fitting through the slimline doors, and should be online at home again soon, so will hopefully be around more in future. Been having 'fun' unpacking and trying to find space for the toys, most of which have been boxed up for the last year while I've been in the work digs. Toy spending is still far more limited than it was a few years back but should be back to AA this year, hopefully with an adequate budget for a little splurging.

windcharger is kinda iffy, as he looks good but he's not gonna fit in with the other legends

hows everyone else feeling? about these?

i dont really care if windy doesnt fit in with the other scouts i just love the fact there are classic scouts now. recently ive had my hftd and generations and pccs and rtss all in one place and mucking about with all of em at once so i like to think ive broken my own style barriers. when you look at some of the newer classic figs you do have a bit of movieish detailing in there, and vice versa for the movie figs with classic detailing.
the way youve got to look at it is that hasbro planned out 2010/2011 as a celebration of the brand as a whole so even hftd ones like axor or seaspray are made with the intention of being updates of the old figures like the classic ones are. it just depends on what material hasbro have to work with and if they feel a classic character is best portrayed in a movie body then thats how it goes but you shouldnt segregate figures that much. like nest scattorshot, he's obviously an update of cybertron scattorshot and the same with brakedown; classic tfs dont always come under a classic banner but where hasbro feels they will sell the best.
personally im hoping for classic scouts to take over as this is the best way to get minibots and cassettebots etc.
plus has anyone noticed how so far the classic scouts (windcharger and rumble) have more features than a movie scout? i mean hubcap's only gimmick was transformation but rumbles got interchangeable guns and piledriver arms!

i have no problem with windcharger as a figure, but i have all the legends like bumblebee, cliffy, warpath, wheelie and would like some consistency

would of been amazing if they were all made scouts in the beginning though
