In other news, Im still patiently awaiting the delivery of Voyager Seaspray and Deluxe Skids from fellow Seibertronian Super Megatron from overseas.

Where abouts are you robotmel? coz if it were anywhere near Govan, Glasgow....I know they still had one Jetfire left(although dunno if they do now! coz that was on Saturday). But....If you watched my Jetfire review...I did state that hopefully Smyths Toys & The Entertainer will be getting Jetfire in(after all...they did eventually get the Voyagers in). so if all else fails...hopefully you'll see it appearing in those stores sometime around August.

Your gonna enjoy Seaspray, I think its a superb rendition for him.

I wonder if home bargains will pull a blinder and get some generations in as it gets closer to the Xmas season

Hopefully Deluxe ones! If not the Voyagers that haven't yet appeared in MOST stores....like Doubledealer, Soundwave, Soundblaster & of course.....Brainstorm.

Are people letting Home Bargains etc know that they appreciate their efforts in bringing TFs to their shops. Maybe if you let them know that there is a market they might go after these things specifically rather than just taking stuff they can get at random?

Just a suggestion.......for those that use those stores......and appreciate the lower prices. I don't as I've all but given up collection except for Masterpiece figures. They might like to know they are onto a winner and keep it up. Either way I dont care.

He is great. I did actually own him but when we moved house a couple of years ago, he got packed away, never to be seen again? I haven't a clue where he went to considering we only moved two streets away! Mrs Robotmel recons I 'gave it away' to one of my visiting nephews, which seems fairly unlikely unless I had a duplicate which I do not. And wheres his box gone?

Ive been given my orders, my "office" (man cave with computers, comics and Transformers) needs to go, stuff filtered, sorted, sold and scaled down, moving to my downstairs "music room" (man cave with my decks, records and CDs) which also needs a scale down!

Oh, I also need to install a lock as our little 'un can now twist open the door handle! THIS IS NOT YOUR ROOM!

Was at Manchester comic-con this last weekend. Picked up a legends blackjack for the price of £13, I thought seeing as it doesn't seem likely they'll be over here at any time soon I may as well get him and now my Menasor is complete they also had a few other cool stuff about, couple of stalls with leaders Thundercracker/Megatron/Ultra Magnus, one stall had a large selection of Takara Masterpiece figures, including Star Saber wasn't interested in purchasing but still they looked awesome nonetheless. One of the t-shirt stands had an awesome large collection of official Transformers T-shirts left with a cool Soundwave t-shirt with binary codes in the background and a G! Hot Rod t-shirt.

Recent purchases off of Ebay, generations Rhinox for £15.50, Universe Hot Shot for about £11 and I bought a generations Thrust/Dirge off of Ebay too last month but they seemed to have gotten lost in the post so gutted as it was only roughly £15 each including P&P

Congrats robotmel, if I was drinking I would raise a glass for you my eldest loves my tfs, especially the ones I keep out to fiddle with like legends devestator...more than once I've had to fish for scavenger and scraper from the back of a radiator

Yup, big changes are coming (again) in the robotmel household.

Im also thinking about giving up collecting the Takara/Hasbro Masterpiece lines as the big guys are just too expensive for me now and lets not even consider those increasingly overpriced 3rd Party figures!

As the majority of my Transformers collecting sits with Classics/Generations and the comic book lines, that's probably what I should be concentrating on.

It feels like a tough one to call but Im adult enough to suck it up and get on with things!

In less fleshy news, I dropped by TRU Norwich today, and spotted RID Gold Armo(u)r Grimlock and Night Ops BB, plus all the Protectobots, limbs and torso. Couldn't see any Legends though.

TRU in nottingham has hot spots, cyclonus and both leader megatrons. No deluxes or legends though. There was RID stuff but I completely blanked that. And loads of AOE deluxes.

B&M, Govan, Glasgow now have 3 Leader Class Jetfires in!

Spotted the RID Warrior Class Grimlock in G1 colours at TRU, Govan

& on a non transformers note....Asda, Govan have those Ninja Turtles Next Mutations figures in! The ones that turn into their weapons.


+ any idea when we're likely to see CW Ultra Magnus turn up? Hoping it'll be this month some time! but who knows? surely it can't be that long til he appears.

Also! B&M, Irvine have 3 Jetfires in.

TRU Warrington has a **** ton of CW Voyager Whirls bizarrely. I picked one up and a First Aid. Other than that they had a couple of Protectobots and a bunch of Armada Megatrons.

I've been in Tenerife for the past two weeks on holiday with the missus - seems like you swines cleared TRU out of Leader Hot Spot whilst I was away! Anybody had any luck getting him?
